Went to this gas station one night around 11pm, seemed new and updated in appearance, which it is. Car desperately needed a car wash and a full tank so I was in a pinch. I normally dont get my car washed at a gas station because of the quality and typically theyre never working.After I inserted my card it asked me if I wanted a car wash. I turn around, inspect the car wash to see if it was functioning, and it appeared so. It was lit up, signage around it that was also lit up, so I assumed all was good.I decide to go all out and get the $10 car wash. I fill up my tank, and wait for the reciept to get my code for the car wash. Receipt machine makes noise, but does not dispense receipt.I go into the station and tell the attendant working there about the situation, he has terrible communication skills. Did not seem to understand my situation, but also assured me that I would not be charged and that its not possible for me to get a car wash. I ask that it wont charge my card, and sure enough they charged me $10 extra for a car wash I never received.I normally do not complain about $10...but the fact that I never got the car wash and the option to get my money refunded was never given, or even a receipt, rubbed me the wrong way.I disputed with my credit card company and they credited the charge back. If youre going to ask your paying customers for a car wash, and have the car wash appear to be functioning and working with lights and signage all around it, please let your customers actually use it.

Went to use the car wash, since I was told they have one of the best cash washes around. It had a problem, but called y he store and the attendant came out and g ot it fixed. Definitely does a good wash, I had purchased the 10.00 washing. No need to get out of the car. Pay drive in slowly as the beginning is your tires, underneath and rocker panels. Though it would be nice if there was the store phone number posted inside the wash bay for when problems arise.

The service was okay, but the car wash broke down after it put the soap on my car. I called, but no one answered, so then I went into the store. She could not fix the problem, not that I expected her to, she was not a mechanic. I rate it 2.5, but rounded up

Used this site for years, was excellent when it was all Exxon. Now a 7/11 store. Car wash does not work most of the time. Landscape maintenance non- existent. The place looks shabby most of the time.Cannot communicate with the people behind the counter when the pump prints out a blank receipt when you fill up & buy a car wash. I,ll find another station with a car wash to patronize.

Batter gas than quicktrip, better service as well

Me and my son we went inside the station to buy some stuff for the kids and the cashier was very rude i ask him why you’re acting that way he said I am busy and I don’t have a time to smile I was really surprised he was not polite at all
