First off I want to recognize Craig Blake for his amazing customer service. We bought the Massimo E-cooler but lost one of the plug in wire. I emailed the the customer service and Craig was the representative that responded to my email. He first ask when I was available to go over the details. After about a week I received the wire but it was the wrong wire. I emailed Craig back, and he apologized and explained to me he will pack the wire himself to make sure it would be the right one. Couple days later I finally received the right plug in wire. He was patience and was quick at responding to my emails. He is a great example of great customer service. Thank you Craig for this great experience.
I love my massimo warrior mxu-6, i have 4 kids and we all can go. huge power and dribble to. if you wanna save money, but have family fun this is for you. tilt bed in back, winch in front and 6 seats to fill lol. this is a no brainer, plus a 1 year warranty helps to. these pictures are from a mountain by my house in Montana, yep massimo made this montana man a Texas fan lol

Bought A Massimo Buck 450 DEMO FROM THEM GOT IT BACK AND THOUGHT ID GET IT TUNED UP BEFORE I RODE MY KIDS AROUND THE FARM GOT A CALL 2 DAYS LATER FROM THE MECHANIC SAID IT HAD WATER IN THE ENGINE!!! Called the Massimo people they said get paperwork so I did then they said they would our money well 3 weeks go by after calling every day they finally gave us 90 percent back they still owe us 400$ that they said they will get to us haven’t heard back every time we call them they say we’re working on it we will figure it out Terrible service It’s worth the Extra to go anywhere else!
Purchased 2 GSM200 Go Karts in May 2020 from Tractor Supply. One unit has been in the repair shop since Aug 2021 waiting on parts, today is Nov 2nd and still no progress. Numerous calls to customer support have resulted in zero activity. Buyer beware!!

I bought an electric scooter from Massimo Motors ebay sales channel. The scooter stopped working in a couple of months. I asked for a replacement/refund and the person I was coordinating was nice enough to send me a replacement scooter at no cost which was stored in their warehouse. This scooter had some scratches and such so did not really look like new but unfortunately this replacement scooter was dead on arrival. Never moved after I unhooked the charger. So at this point I have two electric scooters less than a year old from purchase that I bought from Massimo motors sitting in my garage which dont work. I emailed and called and spoke with a number of people in the company but they wouldnt entertain my request any more. In fact they hung up on me! They claim it was a clearance item so there is no warranty at all. I spent a $165 dollars on this purchase and it was my sons birthday gift which did not even last 6 months. I have tried numerous times to reach the ownership but they are either not interested to respond or the message is not getting to them. Unfortunately I cannot just spend another $200 to buy another scooter from my son while he sits and waits and his friends ride them everyday. This was a mistake i guess on my part to purchase from this company as their customer service is completely non existent. I hope i can get a refund at some point. I even offered to get a replacement with similar specs as that would ensure my son had a toy to ride on but they have basically refused to offer me a refund or replacement at all. They wouldnt even take the defective scooters back from me by offering a return label. Again really bad experience and if you decide to buy a Massimo Motors product you better hope it does not go bad on you because there will be no resolution.
I am extremely happy with my purchase. Not only for the amazing functionality of these machines, but because of the outstanding customer support Ive received from Massimo. Shortly after purchasing, I had an issue with one of the two ride ons I bought. Massimo went above and beyond to quickly correct the issue. I wanted to start by highlighting the amazing customer service I experienced with Massimos service representative, Lacie Austin.To preface, I had purchased the Massimo TWW75 Portable Smart E-Kooler through their vendor, Costco. The 1st cooler came cracked and obviously mishandled by the shipment company. I promptly contacted Costco customer service, who quickly sent another unit. The 2nd unit came back in even worse shape. Frustrated, I contacted Massimo to seek remedy.Lacie assisted me the entire way; shipping a new unit and even addingFragile, stickers to the unit. Read the reviews and complaints with responses on Better Business Bureau site and disregard the ridiculous A+ rating the Bbb has posted. Customer Service is horrendous, and Massimo owner David Shan clearly has no intention of correcting the sheer lack of service his company provides to the very consumers that keep him in business. Once they have your money, you’re screwed.

The guys on the dock were quite pleasant and easy to deal with. And although I was put on one door & then moved to another they got me loaded and out in a timely manner. I cant complain, for a live load it wasnt painful.
I purchased a Buck EV50 in early January 2021, which I was thrilled to receive. However, after blowing a # of different GFIs when trying to plug in and charge, I paid an electrician a fair amount of money to come and review my electrical system. He confirmed my GFIs, extension chord and circuits are fine - and the issue is the charging chord. I notified Massimo of this through a variety of channels (calls, emails, etc) and after more than a month, have no confirmation as to when a new charging chord will be sent out. I understand the challenges of small production lines, snow in TX, etc, but my experience thus far has been a significant disappointment, as my Buck EV50 has been inoperable for over one month, with no direction/assistance from Massimo. Hoping this post/call to action will trigger a quick remedy, but nothing has generated a solution yet. My bigger concern is: if I have an actual mechanical issue with the unit in the near future, is this the type of Customer Service I should expect? Im hoping this is a one off, but its certainly worth giving serious consideration to the Customer Service aspect, before spending considerable money on a product from Massimo. ***Addition*** as of 6/1/21: there is still no remedy. Massimo has sent out two new extension cords - none of which have worked. One of them was shipped without the appropriate conversion plug and still had the international plug. I was told to purchase a conversion plug, which I did. No success. I was then told to purchase another specific conversion plug. No success. I have now paid an electrician to come out to my home - twice - to re-examine our outlets, circuits, charging chords, etc. No issue was found. I was given a list of Massimo service techs and had a mobile tech come out for review. He concluded the entire electrical system needed to be rebuilt and was a fire concern. Massimos response was to send it to another service tech. After re-reading all of this post, I too..(!) have concluded Shame on Me for allowing this process to go on as long as I have, as a significant number of reasonable attempts have been made to remedy. Ive since officially requested a full return/refund as of 3+ weeks ago, with zero response from Massimo leadership as to the steps needed to remedy. After almost 6 months of having a brand new cart occupy my garage with no more than 1 hour of usage (before the initial charge was exhausted), I can safely say: I would discourage anyone from purchasing a Massimo product, until theyve taken significant strides to improve their Warranty/Technical Support/Customer Service back end. Ill be shocked if this is remedied before the end of summer.

Bought inflatable 6 months ago and have nothing but good things to say even about boat performance and realibility. Aparently Cameron is who works with there dealers and cant get his dealers pruces he quotes time he says or product he says. Basically. Whatever they quote you double it and burn you money thats what you get. Current wait for a call back 30 days.

Ordered a car for my daughter back in January it came with a few defects. I notified the company say day I received also send emails with videos. After a month of emailing and calling I have yet to receive a refund. Poor customer service. No one actually knows anything. Every sales person puts the blame on the next. Waste of money and time.
On February 4th 2021 we purchased and paid for an UTV through Tractor Supply Company. We originally wanted Camo but was told you only had 3 red ones in stock. So we agreed to accept the red one. It is now March 25th and we have yet to receive our UTV. Customer Service is a term that someone needs to teach Massimo, because they are severely lacking in that department. We have filed a complaint with the AG of Texas and our attorney is busy preparing to file suit for breach of contract. I am promised delivery on Friday 3/26. If that does not happen on Monday we WILL file suit.
Bought a MB200 Mini Bike with them and their customer support is amazing. Got back to me with my emails within a day. I also received my mini bike a couple of days ago and it is awesome. Good Quality!

I have had my Massimo Buck 200 golf cart for less than 2months and the vinyl lettering on the sides has either fallen off or is about to. Also the metal is already starting to rust in fact the back portion of the unit has bright brown rust water pouring out all over the diamond bright aluminum on the back as well as the front bumper is showing signs of rust on the weld marks indicating the unit was not properly painted to protect against such issues. I understand that if the vehicle is left outside for long periods of time this would happen but it got rained on lightly twice. Since then I have been putting the cover on but these issues are alarming for a vehicle less than 2 months old. I called Masimmo and they will not send out new vinyl lettering that could not cost more than a couple dollars and they told me the lettering falling off and the rust is normal because it was left out in the “elements”. I am at a lost for words with their response for a new customer with a new vehicle with it being rained on twice. SO if you are thinking about buying this cart it cannot be left out in the rain at all or be rained on or it will start rusting immediately. You will need to keep it in indoors or keep the cover on at all times and never drive it in the rain. Don’t expect much help from Massimo especially when they won’t even cover the cost of a vinyl sticker to keep a new client happy. On the bright side it is fun to drive and so far no mechanical issues. One thing to mention is it is extremely loud in the cabin and I did a little sound proofing to lower the engine noise. I would rate it 4 of 5 starts but after it rusting and the lettering falling off and the response to my concerns by Massimo I give my buying experience 2 stars. Buyer be warned this is how they do business unfortunately.
Bought one of their units from tractor supply. Lasted less than an hour and the engine blew. Almost 9 months later I finally get it back with a new engine and it’s still not right. Customer service is non existent. Refused to refund or exchange unit. Service locations is close to where I live but can only do warranty work when Massimo approves. Worst import junk on the market...DO NOT waste your money!

Customer service is outstanding.....200 GKA gokart is not very well made or durable for trail riding however.....alot of maintenance issues and part replacements in the first few months. I would not buy another motorized vehicle and with go with a name brand like Honda, Polaris, etc.

Then was told on Christmas Eve that I was no longer needed because business had slowed down. On top of that... I DIDNT RECEIVE MY FINAL CHECK ON TIME BECAUSE THE MANAGER (DAVID SHULTZ) DIDNT TURN MY TIME SHEET IN TO THE TEMP AGENCY... FOR THE 2ND TIME BY THE WAY... I bought this Go-kart for my boys for Christmas, had a clutch problem from the time I unwrapped it. Contacted Massimo for warranty coverage. They sent me to one of Massimo authorize service shop and although it was listed on their web site, they would not service a machine not sold by them. After more calls not answer and finally getting someone on the phone, they directed me to find a certified small engine repair shop. Did so, they did not have parts to shipped, repair shop found parts, completed the repairs and sent all requested paperwork to Massimo. Two months later their warranty center is giving the old checks in the mail and the small engines shop has told me to pay bill he is done with Massimo. It is now end of April and my boys have not had 10 minutes of enjoyment from their present and I am out $2,300 because of Massimo policies for their warranty. I could have had repairs complete for half the price. Do NOT buy any product from this company and I am surprise Tractor Supply would attach their name to this company.
The customer service person Eddy was very good he called me twice and informed me about my order and delivery schedule. I ordered online and received my UTV in good working order ready to ride full of fuel and it was delivered on time.
I purchased a Massimo T boss 410 through eBay from this company.My niece and her fiancee drove 2 days, 1,400 miles to pick it up. Was supposed to be ready by Tuesday. They arrived Tuesday am, not ready. To top it off they said the people who they interacted with were very rude and obnoxious. Just wait out there until we bring it outNot what I wanted to hear.Customer service needs some training.In 2 days it will be home and I can review the machine.

My Massimo Buck 400 quit working after 5 months. I’ve been trying to work with Massimo but have not had use of my Buck for about 5 weeks. I still don’t have it back for my farm work and they refuse to exchange this lemon for a new one. We’ve called Massimo numerous times. I have to drive an hour away for service because it’s the only place that will agree to service a Massimo product. I wrote a review on the Massimo website twice because we are very distraught over this situation, but it seems they only publish good reviews. Don’t buy a Massimo Buck.
I have had my Massimo T-Boss 410 for about 3 weeks now and would have to say I absolutely love it. I did a lot of research before my purchase on this brand and other value priced UTVs. I will say without question this is the best value priced unit by far on the market. We have 13 acres and the T-Boss will be perfect for daily chores and backyard cruises. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a UTV to give this one a look.
Massimos customer service team just helped me out with an issue that has persisted for a LONG time. The service center was holding my unit for a far greater length of time than necessary. Its all resolved now, so Im okay with it. I love my MSU 500, but every day that its not out there working is a day Im losing money! Anyways, thanks Massimo customer service!
Ive had nothing but a great experience with Massimo. I love that they are truly an American manufacture. And when I needed their technical assistance they were available. I called in and spoke with Israel I thought I had a major issue it turned out to be something very minor. He was very patient and walked me through a very simple solution.
Great customer support! I had a warranty issue with my msu 500 and Brandon handled it well and got replacement parts sent out and unit was fixed under warranty for 0.0 out of pocket! Brandon even called me a few times to follow up. in the past massimo customer support had a stumble but under new management customer service is MUCH improved. when you call you talk to someone in TX!!! not someone from 5,000 miles away from another country!! keep up the great work
Recently purchased an 800 Warrior, WHAT A BEAST. I have a friend who has one of their side by sides also, not sure what model but he has had it for a couple years and never missed a beat. I read some of the reviews and was a little worried but, after 5 months it’s great. Can’t speak for anyone else but we are more than happy!

Dont let anybody tell you this is not a tough machine. I purchased a MSU 500, in July 2018. I trap wild hogs on forest Service land in South Carolina. It gets me where I need to go, swamps etc. I previous had a Yamaha Rhino.I like this thing better, at half the price.

Massimo has some of the best utvs out right now. I own a MSU 850 and the power is unmatched thus far. I rarely have any issues with it and the few times that I have had issues, I could always rely on their customer service team. You can’t beat the price and the power that you get anywhere.

I am a farmer and have owned other brands of ATVs, some were well known types (yellow & green) and none of them were as mechanically versitile, or economically viable as the Massimo. I currently own 3 Massimos and have convinced several other experienced farmer/ranchers to consider owning an excellent performing Massimo machine and every one of them are extremely happy.
Shipping- Disorganized, unapologetic, waited 3.5 hrs to pick up 1 unit for a client.Im a Transporter, MY TIME IS MONEYAfter hearing every excuse of why it was taking so long, I find out the front desk never informed them I was there... even though I text and spoke with the office and spoke with recieving.

Purchased the Gunner 250 for typical ranch hand work. Have not had any issues with the work I need done. This product is priced for what its meant for, and does a heck of a job. For what I do, Ill take this product over the twice as expensive competitors any day, especially the replacement parts pricing if and when I need them.

Received the T-Boss before the projected date. I am very impressed with all the features and performance of this UTV at a very good price. Appears to be very well built. Some of the reviews I read mention that the UTV is a little noisy. However, I do not find that it is any noisier than my Arctic Cat 4-wheeler or any other UTV I have been around. Runs good, rides good. Very pleased.

Ya know, I was pretty dang upset when my unit broke down on me the other morning. I called Massimo and demanded to talk to someone in charge. Israel is the MAN! He helped me resolved my issue. Im in a much better mood. Some would say, Im one hell of a happy camper.

Here is my assessment of the Alligator 700 after we have put 1000+ miles on it.Break-in period: You gotta do it. We followed the instructions and broke our machine in gently. Most people probably dont remember, but you used to have to break in a car too. When we first got it we had some issues not being able to get it out of gear, but that all went away by the time the break in period was over. A little tip, if it wont come out of gear, just tap the gas pedal and then try again. We figured that out, and after a while the problem disappeared. Now ours shifts great with no issues at all.Overall: We use ours almost every day around the farm. We haul with it, ride around our property, etc. It has really been a great rig for the money. We also take it camping and to a couple of nearby atv parks. We have had none of the issues that other people are having, which lends me to think that they either didnt break it in properly, or they are beating the heck out of it when they do ride it. There is a reason that you paid < 10K for it, and you cant expect it to hold up like a 20K+ razor. But if you drive it right, it should work just fine. We have had ours in mud and water, but we dont bury it. The deepest water we have been through was just over the front bumper.Issues: The only issue we have had in over 1000 miles was I had to replace a ball joint. The suspension is a little soft and we bottom it out quite a bit at one of the atv parks we go to as it is really rocky. It cost me about $25 for a new ball joint and about 2 hours of my time to put it in. We also had a head light bulb burn out....I didnt bother messing with it because I put on aftermarket lights.Advice: Keep it clean after muddy rides, grease it regularly, change the oil, oil filter, and air filter when needed, use premium (93) gas, and enjoy. If you decide to put on an after market light, I recommend putting another fuse box directly off the battery and not hacking into the factory wiring. You can buy small fuse boxes at any auto parts store. Also if you need replacement parts, you can also get them at the Benche UTV web site. They carry a full line of parts that you can order online and have delivered to your door.
Purchased utv six months ago. It was leaking oil. I called and immediately found help by warranty dept. and call center manager. Everyone involved were genuinely concerned and took time to understand my concern. Thank you.

My display was not working or so I thought. I was transferred to Israel and Elvis. They walked through reading it correctly.
We purchased an 800 UTV from Massimo, it ran for two days. Power was not getting to the fuel pump. I took the vehicle to the nearest warranty service repairman. He accepted the assignment with great trepidation as he had a never ending series of problems with the factory regarding repair manuals diagrams or even getting anyone to answer the phone or respond to his emails.As he had warned, getting information or assistance from the factory was extremely slow. After many weeks the the factory sent a truck out to pick up my UTV to work on it at the factory. I received no word on the progress of my vehicle, none! I called my supposed contact who never answered or returned my call. I left messages with the main number, no calls were returned. I tried to communicate with them via their webpage chat window, no one was working the chat window. I finally had an individual named Eric answer my an email I had sent to the factory. By this time my UTV had been in the shop for four months.Eric assured me the vehicle was repaired and even sent me a video of the UTV being driven, the vehicle was delivered to my residence and I was told my warranty would be extended 4 months to offset the time it spent in the shop. I was extremely pleased and forgave the past difficulties. My UTV was left on my drive way and I proudly drove it to the back patio of my home. The following morning I drove the vehicle about 50 yards to my shop to store it. I parked it, went inside to open the overhead door and it wouldnt shift into forward. Park, reverse and neutral worked but not the forward gears. I called Eric and told him of my problems, I offered to attemp to repair it myself if his technician could provide advise. Eric requested a video showing the problem, which I provided. When I didnt hear back from anyone from Massimo I contacted Eric again to see if he had heard from his techs regarding my vehicle. He sent me a text saying his tech guy, Raul, would contact me. After a week, I tried texting several times advising my displeasure with their failure to respond. My son fixed the transmission problem, it was in the linkage, and we fired it up to take a test drive. We made it roughly 100 yards when it quit running. It was the original problem with no power going to the fuel pump.I cannot urge you strongly enough to not do business with this company.

Wish I could give a 0 . Worst customer service ever . Long story short, bought a lemon from this company and they wont make it good . After over 2,700 miles in my own vehicle transporting it back and forth to service shop for same repairs, the GM finally agreed to purchase it back and even responded back to the BBB complaint that I filed that he would buy it back, was waiting for the tracking number on the check and then after 4 mos. waiting, No one would return calls and barely return emails so I could find out what was going on, then they said sorry we can t buy it back because the owner (D.S.) over road the GM decision . Its pretty bad when ALL of the upper management I spoke with on this deal is in favor of treating me with respect and doing the right thing just to have 1 person over ride the decision . Doesnt sound like the company is going to be around long anyway with a lot of folks leaving it now, but I am going to take it to the next step and I guess see them in court and Im probably going to spend extra money on advertising on the interstate billboards too. Make sure you do your homework on this company folks - they have a bunch of complaints - wish I wouldve before I bought because it wouldve saved a lot of my time and money .
Speedy service. Its nice since Im out of town a lot, to have somewhere trustworthy.
Ive had mine for two hunting seasons so far. I have had zero problems with my Massimo, other than those that were rider induced. We use it for driving around a 1700 acre deer lease with many different terrain types. What I cannot get out of with the atv, I do get out of with the winch. I have friends that paid over 18k for bigger/better side x sides and mine drives right along side theirs. I have had clearance and power issues, but those of due to the size and are not a negative on the unit itself. Me and my kids love mine.
