Amazing inventory with average prices. There’s a huge selection, especially in terms of guitars and music. Also there are lessons here, which is a really cool feature!!! The store is also very generous on letting you try the products before you buy them. However, the downside to this store is that it’s repair prices are very overpriced. The tried to charge me about $120 on a trumpet repair that cost me $25 at a smaller music store. Other than that, it’s a great store!

Yesterday we were looking to purchase a new violin for my child. I initially went to a Guitar Center, but was told that they do not sell violins. They said to go to MUSIC AND ARTS - at one of the two locations. I went to this location. I was assisted by a representative named Sam. He was excellent. He was really patient and catered beautifully to my questions and needs based on my lack of knowledge of violins. He was very patient and educated me perfectly to help me make my purchase. Dont hesitate to visit them if you have any needs... You wont regret it.....MY RATING.....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS.

Brought in a violin to repair the bridge and add new strings. They sent it out to their repair shop and it came back with strings placed incorrectly and the bridge cracked. Charged about $160 for this work. Took it to Sam Ash and they were able to install a new bridge and fix strings for about $25. Spoke to counter person at Music and Arts who said they will let the Interim Manager know (Greg). To this date never heard anything back from them. Very disappointed...

I visited the Garland Music & Arts on Sunday 2/16/20. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by two gentlemen (Lyndon Korger and Rick Villarreal). I looked at the guitar gig bags, and Lyndon gave me advice on the most cost-effective and durable choice. He was very knowledgeable. Rick asked me about my experience, and even took the time to watch one of my performance videos on my phone. He then invited me to an open mic being hosted there next month. They even helped me with a Veterans discount. (I am an OIF/OEF combat veteran.)This customer service far exceeded anything I have encountered at big box stores. (Shaking my fist at Guitar Center). I love how Lyndon and Rick brought a personal warmth and general interest into my playing and needs.Kudos to Music & Arts for having such knowledgeable and attentive employees!

We Order Music books for a two weeks Delivery..After 5 weeks..still no books, they Dont know the status, ..After that day no idea when even get the book... POOR COMMUNICATION.. DONT KNOW HOW THEIR SYSTEM WORKS... EVERYTHING IS A MESS...!!!! Stay Away from this PLACE !!!!!!
