It’s so hard to stop a Trane y’all can’t even figure out how to package or ship it correctly... dang thing is just do hard to stop I guess it just sides right off even though it’s supposed to be secured down. Good thing it’s built so strong or else these dents and paint chips sure would be ugly and unpleasant for homeowners to look at.

Got here early They were straight with me telling me were not sure when they could fit me in. But they did after a short while. Very grateful. Clean WH Plenty of room to manuever.

If you are a truck driver interstate carrier I will say the worst place for delivery I got 3 other stops the forklift guy Ignorant I came 7:30 AM told me they gong to unload the truck And break the seal waiting waiting now 13:00 It’s only by myself

I have now placed 7 calls in an attempt to spend my money and i only get transferred from one department to the next every single time. Might be the worse customer service I have ever experienced
