Had been working with the company 10 weeks on a Training program that they were trying out for women. Previously having wiring experience and Apprentince Electrician cert I put my all in to learning everything possible so I would do great with the company. The last day of our 10 week assignment we had a meeting because all 6 members of the group were kind of lost on what would happen next but we were under the impression we would be hired. They asked a question of if they done something great with the company or if if the program was a failure. I stated it was good but they could use some touch ups and was asked what did I mean I told them far as making sure your mentor actually is willing to train you and communication because we werent sure what happens next. And I asked do we come back Monday after they told us since we are done with the program now we have to apply online for a job with the company Tanya the HR said WELL YOU DONT HAVE TO COME BACK MONDAY leaving us in shock like wow thats the reply we recieve after completing a program that IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA SHE PLAYS TO BE SO LOVING AND CARING OF US BUT BEHIND SCENES SHE BASICALLY DOESNT CARE BUT BY TIME I LEFT THAT DAY MY TEMP SERVICE CALLS ME TO TELL ME TANYA DECIDED SHE DOESNT THINK ILL BE A GOOD LONG TERM FIT SO TO END MY ASSIGNMENT
