Both the first contact salesperson and the installer were beyond terrific. The office that sets up appointments for installation was very poor. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing ( asked why I was calling when they called me…twice. Asked for half payment when I had paid in full). That does not instill confidence! But overall I would give the company five stars

We had a positive experience with each and every person from Kinetico. Gene tested our water and sent us our quote. His knowledge and expertise is top-notch and well beyond the other companies and plumbers we spoke to.Max, our installer, was friendly and patient with all our questions. He described where he planned to situate the equipment and re-arranged it to best suit the space and our preferences. He did a great job!Brian, our customer care manager, came back to test the water a few weeks after install. We had a few questions and concerns and he was super patient and attentive.In the end we are very pleased and feel comfortable recommending Kinetico and AWS.

We had a Kinetico water system installed 3 years ago in order to correct the iron issue in our water before selling the house. The water system completely corrected our water quality issue and Greg was awesome to work with. He arrived as scheduled, spoke professionally and knowledgeably throughout our consultation, and was able to answer all of our questions with expertise.On the day of installation, Max took care of every detail ensuring the system was working perfectly. He explained the operation of each component, and clearly labeled the components for ease of identification.Our follow up visit two weeks later with Brian was a breeze. Recently I had a Kinetico water filter and softener system installed ay my home. I was very impressed and completely satisfied with the entire process, from meeting with Pat to discuss system options, the installation done by Jonas, and the follow up quality inspections with Brian. Its very obvious Advance Water Systems is focused on customer service and quality products and services. I will add that their Service Coordinators (Mandy and Ashley) are great, they always go out of their way to ensure the customer is taken care of and satisfied. The professionalism and quality of our Installation Technician, Jonas was the best that I have experienced in some time. He was very courteous, did a great job installing the system (all piping was well thought out and neat), and his communications with me were outstanding. The follow up quality inspection with Brian was outstanding as well. He tested the water to ensure everything was working properly, and he walked me through the entire system, including how to maintain it. I highly recommend Advance Water Systems!

Kinetico advanced water systems was great to work with at the initial install. I had Sam Silva with them out to service the system and do a maintenance check after several years of use. Sam was great. Sam called me to let met know he was on the was and arrived ahead of his scheduled time. He explained everything he was doing and things I needed to do and look for. An overall excellent experience.

Install completed 2 weeks ago and so far we are very pleased with the level of service, thorough communications and results of our water quality. The house water is perfect from the water softener system and the drinking water is outstanding from the drinking water system. We had one minor issue from the install resulting in low pressure to one of the drinking faucets, but the service technician, Brian, who came to test and confirm the quality of water today offered to look at, even though it wasnt his job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and sure enough the pressure is now great. Great experience all around.

My experience with Kinetico has been good, and the water filtration system works great. 4 out of 5 stars because I had some issues with the removal of the filter canister in order to change out the filter. I had to call to get someone out to remove the filter canister on two different occasions (they even struggled to remove it). I received a service charge for both times, but I did not feel that was right. However, the consultant we have been working with from the beginning (Greg Lee) took care of the service charges. Greg has been great from day 1, always responding to my emails (and there were plenty!) and taking care of any issues. If it werent for the issues with the filter canister, I would not have anything negative to say about my Kinetico system. One regret I have is that I wish I would have had the system installed in my garage instead of my crawl space. It would have made changing the filter and adding salt much easier.

I have a well with some high levels of iron, manganese, and a strong sulfur smell. My water treatment system was old and outdated. It was important to me that I find a company that looks like it will be around awhile because I know of people that have no one to service their system because the company is in another state. Kinetico seemed to fit the bill. The rep that came out to test my water and help me figure out what I needed was Steve, and he had a load of experience. I spent a couple of weeks dancing around different combinations of things and asking questions, and he was responsive and explored all the things I wanted to explore. The installer, Jacob, spent a day at the house installing the system. It was all very lowkey and did not disturb us. He gave us a tutorial and answered questions for us when he was done installing. A couple of weeks later, another experienced employee, Brian, came as scheduled to look over all the equipment and provide additional education. The staff I spoke with by phone were all clearly local employees and not a call center. I walked away with the experience of having paid what I felt was a fair price for what I got and having been educated a great deal both about water contamination and about technology to combat it. I would definitely recommend them.

I just had the Kinetico water filter system with the K5 Drinking Station installed last month. Thanks to Jonas Greaser and his partner for doing such a great job. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and explained every step of the installation process. I am completely satisfied with my new water filtration system. The water is clearer, tastes good, no more bad smells or white residue on my refrigerators water/ice dispenser and no more sediment and brown stains in the toilet. Also instead of the lukewarm water, I get hot water. Thanks to Brian for coming to inspect the installation and giving it a thumbs up, plus providing more information on replacing filters which I dont have to worry about for some time.

Mary Hall provided us with excellent customer service. We almost left this company due to an employee issue. When I called the local number, Mary answered and responded immediately and had the situation corrected by sending out another technician the very same day. After the technician left she called us right away to insure satisfaction. This is the customer service that has since been forgotten and I was happy to see someone like Mary that cared about customers. Excellent staff member and it would be a shame if she were ever to leave this company.

Positive experience. Bobby and James from the Fayetteville, NC branch came to install our water filtration system. I feel like they tried to be as quiet as possible to not wake my partner. He didnt oversell our family on anything unnecessary and even suggested putting a deionizer in the garage so I can have high quality water to wash cars. I was very happy with my whole house water filtration system that they installed. It felt like science class with all the testing they did on my water and went over everything in great detail. My water was hard and causing my hair and skin to be super dry after only living there for 9 months. I couldn’t take it any longer and this was a good investment for me to put into my home for if or when I may sell down the road. My dogs love the new super clean water from the K5 Reverse Osmosis water station.

Our Kinetico system gives us so much peace of mind, and the team here are just best. We know they’ll do the job right, so also used them for a recirculation pump on our tankless water heater (which was game changing). Greg is our guy and he’s always so quick to respond.We also had a slight issue where an inspector incorrectly tried to fail that recirc system on our home inspection report for reportedly using the wrong pipe. Kinetico came out immediately, documented the work with photos, and provided a report to show the work was done right with correct pipes used. We submitted to the buyer to refute the inspector’s claim. So we were very appreciative of their help ensuring we didn’t pay for unnecessary repairs in the sale of our home!I can’t wait until we get settled on our new place and can look into a system for that home, as well. Great investment.

Kinetico has an excellent, high quality product and the people at Advanced Water Systems provide great support. Its a bit pricey but for me it is well worth the extra cost. After installation they followed up a month later with a site visit to check that everything was functioning properly as well as answer any questions. I was also planning to replace my hot water heaters and they quoted me a price that was far below the local plumbing companies bid. Overall a great family operated business.
