Manager Laurence has shown terrible customer service to my family multiple times! He is rude, disrespectful and should be fired immediately! He should go back to training and learn quality customer service. Do yourself a favor and visit the Verizon right down the street near timber drive. This location is the absolute worst!
We made appointment and arrived within 3 minutes of the appointment time. The store was busy but it still took 20 minutes for someone to greet me. They told me I had to sign in and wait more even thought it was 20 minutes past the apt time. They also told me that they signed in people that came in AFTER me that DIDNT have an apt and I would be helped AFTER them. Then the guy argued with me. I buy a lot of technology and Im taking by business elsewhere. Should be 0 stars.

I went to the store to have my watch looked at, because it keeps dialing for emergency services, even when I am not wearing it. They refused to help me and the customers after me, who were the same ethnicity, but they did help people of other ethnic backgrounds. They wouldn’t even look at my watch or my account. This was at the white oak garner store

Store has been closed for weeks. Ups and fed ex tags on the door. Wish I had known before making the trip. Ported my account to T-Mobile with the store in the same plaza and could not be happier. Best wireless experience ever. Not to mention Tmo service and speeds are MUCH better than vzw! I get 5g everywhere and unbelievable speeds of between 600-800mbps!! Incredible! Verizon is overpriced junk and their store is closed! They lost a customer for life!In response to Verizons response on 6/10/2021- its amazing that when I was a customer they didnt want to listen to me at all. They shrugged every time I called customer service with a problem and gave no resolution. Numerous billing problems over the years. Service and speeds over the years have degraded to the point where I couldnt even use my phone in my own house. It never used to be this way. Little did I know that there was a better choice out there. T-Mobile has been fantastic all the way around. The store employees in the same plaza all helped each other out. Vzw employees dont even look at one another in my experience. Heck of a team!! T-mobile staff were all on-point with current promotions. Vzw staff including managers didnt even know the promotions being offered! Network service and speeds have been amazing with T-Mobile. Not a single dropped call yet. Verizon drops calls all over the triangle now. Why? Arent you the best? Verizon has truly lost a customer forever, and I will go out of my way to voice the horrible, horrible experiences I have had with them over the years! Everything from CDMA authentication errors whatever that is.. to voicemail problems. Txt outages as well. Last year I was without service for two days due to a network outage! Why? Dont you have backups? How can a whole region be down for more than a few minutes? Horrible experiences with vzw all around.T-Mobile has been FAR better so far!
I had a very rare and odd circumstance and needed to replace a phone for one of my octagenarian parents 😵. Brittney and Christian were extremely patient, courteous, understanding and EXTREMELY helpful in getting my problem solved. Highly recommend either of them if you require help. They are in the Garner store.
Laqunita Scott (I hope I got it right) met us outside and was able to quickly explain the issue with the Google update casuing issues. She helped us fix our phones in a matter of minutes and was so sweet. Once we actually need new phones we will be back!

Lawrence, the store manager, helped to solve a billing issue. I had spent hours on the phone trying to solve the issue. Lawrence and the employees there were so helpful. I will never forget their kindness!

Went into the Verizon store and the manager Ken greeted me at the door. He didn’t hesitate to help me and get my phone taken care of. No soon as I told him the issue he fixed the problem ASAP!!!! This is the best Verizon store I’ve ever been in. From now on this will be the only Verizon store to get my business. Visit this Verizon store and ask for Ken!!!! I promise you will not be disappointed!

95 degrees outside and they are making you line up outside. Huge store, but no stay outside. Get inside to get my “lifetime replacement” screen protector replaced. Oh no you have to make a claim with the company online. What a joke. Never mentioned that when they taking my money. I wish there was a better choice.

Customer service is DEAD 💀 when it comes to VERIZON been a customer with them for over 10yrs. Went in to purchase a watch ⌚ went home watch did not work called tech support was on the phone for over two hours watch still did not work. Took the watch back for return explained. I was on the phone for over two hours with the tech support. Tech support advised me that the watch should have been set up before I left the store. The sales rep stated do to the covid 19 there were unable to set it up. But now that Im returning it 🤔 now they want to try and set it up🤦🏽♂️ 🏃♂️ RUN 🏃♂️ from Verizon switch to TMOBILE
JD and Ken went above and beyond in helping me figure out a trade in issue today. It took way longer than I would have ever expected but they helped navigate through so many things I didnt understand and were really helpful. Thanks guys for all your time today! (Even if one of them was a cowboys fan...)
Ken made this experience so much better! Absolutely wonderful customer service from him.I went in because my bf is deployed and he said hes been calling and texting through wifi. Apparently not. When we got the bill, he ran up over 400$ worth of services. I went into the store to suspend his line and see what could be done about the bill. Ken was extremely helpful. He suspended his line then and there and called customer service to see if he could assist further. He made me feel welcomed and was kind as we waited for customer service to pick up the phone.Thank you Ken for all your help. I truly appreciate. You are an absolutely wonderful person and employee.
Love this new store! Billy and Patrick have been SO helpful in getting us transitioned back to Verizon. Best customer service weve received in a long time from a phone carrier store. These guys are informative, kind, and really listen to what the customer wants. Absolutely a top notch team! Added bonus...this store has a modern, techy vibe compared to some of the older stores. Nice atmosphere.
KEN IS LITERALLY THE BEST EMPLOYEE THAT VERIZON HAS! He always always always takes care of our entire family ALL THE TIME with Verizon. By the way, we live in Durham (near Brier Creek) and travel to whichever location he is at!!!
Im giving 5 stars for the customer service I received from JD, but Verizon seriously needs to get their customer service call line in check. I went in for a simple transfer from regular service to prepay, JD did everything right but the phone did not activate so he called customer service. Verizons customer service literally played the transfer game with him and transferred him back and forth between 3 different departments for a whole hour. It got to the point that the solutions manager called someone else to help speed up the process. I honestly felt so bad that this was happening, but JD was patient and assertive and even though something that shouldve taken no more than 10 minutes took a whole hour, he was determined to make sure I leave with zero problems to my line. I will be back to upgrade my phone soon and Im going to make sure its with JD only.

I got a tablet earlier this week which I didnt end up liking and my husband wanted me to return it. The employees that were not helping customers, were just playing on their phones and the guy that came to help me was pretty abrupt. He started processing the return right away and then had me sign an online receipt that was 35 dollars less than I paid for the tablet. When I asked about it, he seemed annoyed with me and said it was a restocking fee. I told him I wasnt told about a restocking fee, just that I had 14 days to return it. He explained the restocking fee in a hurried and annoyed fashion. I have been with Verizon for well over ten years, spent a lot of money with them, and have never been late with a bill. I told him that I would be returning the phone I just bought and cancelling our plan. He said that was fine and gave me a customer service number. I guess he couldnt be bothered to help me any further. Maybe Verizon is doing so well financially that they are not encouraging their staff to try to keep loyal clients. Well, I am done with Verizon. They are not getting any more money from me. And, if you like Verizon and want good help, dont go to this location. The guy that sold me the phone and tablet earlier this week was nice, but upon trying to get help returning the tablet, no one was nice.
Great store. Had a issue with a Samsung watch and the staff was willing to work it out with us until we exhausted all options. In the end the watch did begin to work. Sat with us for over 3 hours. Would really recommend.
At first, I thought this place was awesome. Very welcoming, polite,and helpful. That is until they started receiving my money once I switched over from sprint. They were running this promo to give a free Google home mini to replace the activation fee for each new line, however, I am still being charged for both. Ive talked to the store manager about it, and two weeks later its still not fixed. Im at least happy with the device and accessories as well as the coverage, but sub-par customer service so far.
The only thing nice I can say is they were quick. Otherwise this one is lacking in customer service. Employee was a bit rude after I picked up my new phone. Go to the Knightdale or Cary store instead, you will be much happier.

I moved away from Verizon and stopped in here to pay my final. The assistant manager Lawrence took the time to explain how my final bill would work.As much as I do not like the corporation Verizon theyre very lucky to have Lawrence working for them.
Chen, a solutions specialist refused to help us out of a sticky situation and only gave us advice to go talk to Assurion when we have been sent several non-functional phones from them already. Assurion has told us we need to seek help from Verizon but even going to a corporate store we have been turned away and treated not like customers but like a nuisance. Verizon has lost a customer due to this store.
I wouldnt waste my time. I called and the associate told me they wont be able to able to assist my mother with transferring her phone because their internet was too slow. She said that all they would do was give her a piece of paper and send her on her way. I further explained how my my mother would need extra assistance when it come to technology she said that transferring is not done in any Verizon store anymore. Whats the point of the store if they cant provide hands on customer service.

Wasnt very happy with the service I received here. You buy a phone and they put it in a bag and away you go to set it up on your own I have bought phones at other places and they ALL set the phone up for you
One of the most beautiful Verizon stores I have seen. This store is a new store and is part of corporate. If you live in the area and need a new phone, this would be where I would go to.
I need to transfer my number out to another provider and move a different one in. They refused to let me take my number out and wouldnt give me a sim card to manage the process on my own. Employees are worthless. If I didnt live in rural JoCo and I had a different option I would just effin leave. DONT GO HERE.

Very bad and very rude. They were having computer system issues and could very obviously tell its the system. They would not give me a phone even though they knew 100% it was my account. Managers were all very dumb. Will never go back. Verizon is falling behind.

My sister and I bought phones here a couple months back and our phones plans and bill is still wrong. I’ve gone into the store and talk to customer service on more than one occasion and I can’t seem to get what I have asked for and want. It is so frustrating and extremely poor service.
