Walmart Pharmacy is a necessary evil that is part of my life. It’s hit or miss if you’re a customer of the pharmacy. It may take 3 hours or 3 days for getting a prescription filled. They are always pleasant though.

I left CVS on 42 . There very rub . Walmart help by use good RX before you get there . There prices beat walgreen and CVS . Walmart got my business.

Betsy could not have been more helpful today . She went out of her way to help me get a discount on my prescription because our medical deductible has gone up so much in the last 8 years that we pretty much pay out of pocket for everything all year and pay $500 a month for insurance... go figure! 🙄She got it down to less than half with Good RX. I have seen the commercial and now I know it works ! Excellent customer service!

I like this pharmacy for the most part, but every now and then I will get a person that isn’t friendly. Also, wondering why the pharmacy is still closing earlier each night now. I understand why at the beginning and middle of Covid, but it’s been almost a year in March. It’s not going to be more contagious after 7pm. 🤦🏻‍♀️I kind of feel badly saying that but it’s just not convenient for those who get off of work in the evenings coming from Raleigh and then driving to the pharmacy before they close.

Horrible Experience. I went to Walmart on Highway 42 in Garner to drop of a prescription. Kim Adams was my tech. I questioned what my insurance would cover. I was told my insurance would not cover anything and the cost would be over $800.00. I went home and ordered my prescription from Blink Health for $84.00. I then recieve a text stating my prescription was ready and I owed $4.67 I arrive at Walmart Pharmacy and questioned why the discrepancy. They brought Kim Adams over. She started with an attitude I asked why the attitude and she brought it up another level. I started to explain that she would be upset if she just paid $84.00 for a prescription that was only $4.97. She just continued with her attitude and the situation exploded. I filed a complaint with corporate. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I love Kristy and all the staff there! Everyone is so pleasant and knowledgeable. The drivethru is a lifesaver.

This store is horrible. No knowledgeable sales in electronics department. Expired groceries on the shelves especially bread department. Call to talk to store manager who is supposed a new manager. No return phone call. The condition of the store is not clean or organized. Gone downhill. Close the store and put something else there. Pharmacy is bad too all the people behind the counter walk around so they look busy not to help you. They wait and see if someone else will Terrible!

Understaffed, staff do not have time to help customers or answer phones.

Professional, friendly and hard working staff.Yes, very busy, but they handle it well.One suggestion: Send the customers with grocery orders to the grocery checkout lines.The pharmacy customers in line for prescriptions deserve consideration from these short-cut seekers.
