Shop at Dollar General on Benson Rd Garner quite frequently. Have never had unpleasant experience. Staff always friendly and helpful. On recent visit asked about coffee pots. Woman told me what aisle to look. When I went to section there were no coffee pots on display. Was very tired so didnt inquire further. Then, at checkout she came to me with coffee pot in box and asked if this was what I was looking for. True Customer Service!

I love to shop here its great for running in to pick up items on the way home from work...They could be more organized and better at putting up merchandise that is most times in the aisles. I have visited other locations that were better organized and less cluttered. I love the $5 off $25 on Saturday only purchases but theyre getting smarter by limiting/excludes certain items. I will probably start shopping at Family Dollars for their coupons arent as item specific.

Decent store. Seems to be stocked well. Help always seems to be busy. For a dollar general its pretty handy. Easy to get in and out.

One young man that works in the store does a fantastic job!. The others that work there seem to be there for the check. Will let lines get long and walk off as nothing is happening and let this young man handle it all on his own. I have been a customer of this store for a year now and have witnessed this many times

Very good not to crowded

I was in today and its always wonderful to visit. I saw an employee stop everything in front of the store to help this woman who couldnt walk very well or bend very well into her car and help her load up her belongings. I wish I knew this persons name because I want to thank him for going beyond his duties to have true customer service. Everyone Ive met there has been absolutely amazing and I cant think of a single time I had an issue there. Im glad they are so great with customers, I would recommend here to anyone and everyone because I know theyd be treated with respect and care. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THE YOUNG MAN WHO STOPPED TO HELP THAT WOMAN. YOU HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY.

Dollar General is my favorite dollar store because they stock a lot of the items we use but its hit or miss. There are 3 in my area. One is always a mess.

Always a great place to stop. You can find amazing deals and sales here. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Wish they didnt discontinue their soda brand though because now I have to go all the way to Walmart instead. I pass Dollar General on my way to work and home so it was more convenient but without the soda I dont stop as often

Nice but need a reorganization. It was difficult find water (just has 2 left) and the cool ones were just in front of cashier there was none in the refrigerators in the side/back of the store.

I run into this store quite a lot. When I don’t want to fight the traffic at 40/42 to get over to Walmart this is very convenient. There prices are pretty good on somethings but Walmart is probably cheaper on certain things. Sometimes I will pay more just to avoid the hassle of going anywhere else.

The building is easy to see on Hwy 50 before you arrive. The store was busy. I was able to locate all of the items on my list. This is a new location, well stocked and friendly staff.

My favorite store that is close by. Employees are really nice.

Love this store. Any last minute needs is always a stone throw away from my house. Guaranteed to find whatever I need --can of beans to clean as ning products to first aid stuff. Live the staff.

Got my tree for half off. Its a great store but its too crowded in there. Can barley get down the isle. Too much on the sales floor.

UNLIKE OTHER DOLLAR GENERAL I ACTUALLY LIKE THIS STORE AND STAFF

My mother, my boyfriend and I came to buy her some reading glasses. Whoever was working tonight kept following us around the store and watching us. It made me feel very unwelcome and I hope no one else experienced this issue

Fairly clean. Cashier was very nice. Their digital coupons did not work when I put in my DG ID. Apparently the system wasnt working for anyone. Needless to say that I didnt receive my $5 off $25 or my other coupons. Be sure to check that you receive your discounts!

Had just what I needed.

This is for my couponers an customers who use the DG App be careful. I went in a few times and noticed that they do not have up what items are on sale. Using your app. Example: Gain products u can us your app an clip a coupon and buy it for $1.95 they do not have the items marked for the customers. I dont no if that was on purpose or not. But u can see were they took down the stickers but never replaced it ..Happy shopping

Clerks are really nice. Can find some things there that l cant find elsewhere. Cheaper too

Nice employee and fresh food n the frozen food and Banquet fried Chicken is too high not worth $7 or 8 dollars too much and small box of the hamburger price high where you get small amount so it a wonderful store they always stock up whatever the things is out and cashier all friendly they know how to moved the check out line so nice but frozen food some time to high but good store to shop you can find everything so I like it i am regular and they always busy so good quality about them so I am satisfied .

I heart Dollar General! Its right around the corner, and always has whatever little thing I need, saving me a trip farther down the road to the grocery store or Walmart. Its always busy, but not too busy. Seems to be managed well.

I was able to get a great Christmas gift at a steal of a deal. I only paid $5 for a small crock pot here.

Great way to save money!

When you need a gallon of milk do you want to park your car 17 spots away from the front door, by the time you get to the front door you know you got to walk to the other end of the store just to get to the milk?!?! Not at the DG baby!!!!. By the time youre out of your car and walking through the door, go to al3 and take a right the end is the cooler with the milk - right? So you grab it bust a yui, straight to the checkout line... no one in front ..no one behind ... its the DG baby ..saving you time!!

Employees need pride in their appearance and better hygiene. The isles are very narrow and there is Always boxes stacked in them so you cant navigate through the isles.

The aisles were loaded down with extra supplies.... No room on shelves for all of it. Need bigger store.
