The owner was who helped us and we couldn’t have had a better experience. He was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. He even took our old mattress for us. I will be going back to them for any future mattress needs and it’s always great to support a local business.

I came to Mattress now in desperate need of a new mattress. My old one was exactly that old. Scott was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the products. He did not try to sell me something I did not need, but something that was in my budget! They have wide variety and something for everyone. We purchased a mattress from the Scott Green at Mattress Now back in 2016 the mattress is such a good quality it looks as new as the day we purchased. Scott gave us the best price and took such good care of us so went back to him this past month for a split king adjustable base. After much research, phone calls and searching on the market place, internet ads and local stores only to find the low priced ads stating up to 80% the bases were inferior or price wasn’t as listed (gimmick to get you to call or come in). You will not find this when dealing with Scott. We were so impressed with Scott he provided us the best price and trust me when I say I search everywhere for the best price and I couldn’t beat his price. My husband had shoulder surgery and had been sleeping in the recliner so we desperately needed the adjustable base. The same day we made the decision to buy the bases Scott delivered and set up the base after he got off work at 8:30 at night so my husband could finally sleep in the bed! We are so amazed how he went above and beyond for his customers! If you want the best price go see Scott you won’t be disappointed! We’ve only had the base two nights I’ll do a follow up review after a few months. So far we are very pleased with the quality of our E455 Malouf split adjustable base.

Had a great experience purchasing a mattress for my 3 year old daughter! I called to make sure they had ANY queen sized plush mattresses in stock and was not disappointed! Even ended up purchasing a queen sized platform bed frame as well! Will absolutely be going back to purchase mattresses and bed frames for my three sons when the time comes! I spoke with Scott on the phone the day before, and Bob when I got in the store the next day. The experience was extremely easy and they made everything a breeze. I went in there not knowing what I wanted and Bob got me a great mattress that didnt break the bank! I will definitely return when the the time comes.

I called all over town looking for a slim line box spring mattress. No one had any in stock unitl I called Mattress Now and they told me they could order one and have it ready for me later that week. Not only did they follow through with their promise, they also had the best price. What a refreshing experincing dealing with a local, professional rather than a big box store. My husband and myself recently picked out our new mattress from Mattress Now. Scott helped us greatly and the process was very quick and easy. Unfortunately, we chose a mattress that was not as comfy as we originally thought in the store. Scott was great, his prices were even better! I bought a mattress from him about two weeks ago, and my life has literally improved. My back doesnt hurt, Im wide awake and alert during the day, and I no longer toss and turn throughout the night. We hate mattress shoping. Purchased one from a chain store, when it got delivered, it had a huge stain. They told us it would be 3-4 more weeks. We were sitting at Cook Out drinking an ice tea trying to decide what to do. We looked up and said look over there, it is a mattress store. We had not noticed it before, but to end a long story, we ended up meeting Scott. Got a great bed, at a good price, and the best customer service you can imagine!!!!!! Purchasing our mattress from here was a breeze the owner Scott (was) awesome but little did I know less than a year later when we needed to file a warranty claim because our mattress was defective; our calls would go unanswered. we left multiple messages and showed up in person multiple times only to be told someone would call us. Here we are 18mo later and we are spending another $4,000 on a mattress, if I were you I would steer clear of this place and shop at a more reputable store, this place is just filled with people that will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale, WE WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!

Ill be frank, I hate mattress shopping. This was pretty quick and painless. I walked in, was up front with Scott on how much I wanted to spend, and he gave me 4 options in my budget. About 15 minutes later, we are set for delivery next week! If all goes well, will give that last star lol OK, I have edited this and added: Delivery was on Monday, I received a call about an hour before hand, they showed up when they said they would, hauled away the old one and all went great! Plus yeah...the mattress we were suggested rules...Both wife and I are happy!
