This Walgreens is so unprofessional especially the workers in the pharmacy area, they wouldn’t transfer my prescriptions over to another pharmacy after I’ve had tooth extractions. One of the workers told me “i don’t know what to tell you”

I had to stop in today and get some directions on how to get home because my phone service was shut off. There was an extremely helpful associate who was stocking (i didnt think to get her name) and she let me use her phone to get directions on how to get home. Super thoughtful, and if you see this thank you again!

Way too sluggish for 10am, IMO. The customer b4 me AND the clerk(s) were sleep walking. They had one clerk working the register, and another too preoccupied with other business to help out. Minuteslater, a third clerk popped up at the register (coming from break?).

Walgreens is expensive, but has the health and beauty items I need and use.

Unfortunately management is RACIST and LAXY at this Walgreens! I didnt have my receipt for two Heating Pads I was exchanging/returning so I left them at the front counter. The cashier informed me to go get what I wanted to exchange them for and a manager would come and conduct my transaction. Note: its Covid-19 do its literally 20 people in each line, so while Im walking to get in line Im approached by a different worker whom I know is management because of her grey vest and the fact that Im a loyal Walgreens customer. She tells me that they cant except my heating pads and that I have to take them to the store where I purchased them. Which is not true I purchased them with my insurance card and customer care card so all they had to do do is look it up. Well they took one look at me shopping and saw a Black woman in loud popping colors on and assumed I had stole my items. So now she cant dare offer to do a purchase history lookup because she claimed they arent linked to other Walgreens! I mean just lying because I gofrom Florida to, KY to Gary all the Time shopping and exchanging items. Never thought Id be a victim of racism up here in the North shame on you they treat Us Black Folks good in the South!

Best Walgreens Ive been to in a while. The cosmetics person (Bernice, I think) was awesome on helping me choose the correct makeup. Will definitely visit again

Been going here for years. Always friendly service. Sometimes the wait is long around different holidays but other than that not to long of a line. Newly remodeled and its in a safe area. Expressway and grocery store nearby also.

I have an OTC card. This means Over-theCounter Benefits provided by Anthem. Walgreens has advertising on several personal care items like sunscreen, OTC Approved. When I called the 800 number the representative said no items were available at Walgreens. So why is there advertising stating OTC Approved at Walgreens?

People there are very nice, always clean and has what I need. Love it.

The pharmacy is extremely slow. They also have no regard to a customers time. A sense of urgency goes a long way, and they will blatantly move slowly.Separate visit:The personnel with the HIV setup table by the front door was very unprofessional. I get tested for HIV twice a year per military regulations and for extra measures just for me. I told the woman No thank you, and she proceeded to talk s**t to her coworker who looked like a Bambi reject from Love and Hip Hop. Walgreens HR need to step up their screening process for employees. Its like they were hired out of desperation which is sad.

Please keep the 25th & Grant Walgreens in our neighborhood of Gary, Indiana. With so many other Walgreens closing up around the Gary, Portage and other areas of Indiana. It is making it harder and harder for the Walgreens customers to be accommodated if these local locations keep closing down. Worst Walgreens pharmacy. Laziest staff ever you will be waiting forever and they overcharge you and dont take most insurance use the walgreens on Kennedy Ave & 169th

Very unprofessional....I have been on hold with pharmacy for almost a hour but its not surprising any business in Gary is horrible! And the staff is lazy.

Worst walgreens I been to ever. Do not ever go to the pharmacy there unless you want to wait 40 mins before they even wait on you with no line. Let the be someone in front of you over a hour. Wish I could give it a negative 5

Wide variety of products and friend staff! Checking out is sometimes bothersome, as the line grows with customers and although two or three cashiers are up front, only one is taking care of customers.
