THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE IM A WOMAN.DO NOT GO HERE FOR A TIRE CHANGE ON YOUR RIM . THEY HAVE HAVE BAD EQUIPMENT THEY DESTROYED MY 24 INCH IROC RIM WHILE CHANGING THE TIRE AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.THESE ARE VIOLENT IGNORANT PEOPLE.THEY LET UNTRAINED BUMBS WORK ON YOUR STUFF.IT TOOK THEM FOUR HOURS TO CHANGE MY TIRE.

It’s was a Sunday evening, I was riding and ran over a tree branch which ripped a hole into my tire. Roadside couldn’t come for over an hour and I had 4 small children in the car. However, when I called New and Used Tires they quickly came out and changed out my old tire for a new tire. In no time my children and I were safe and back on the road! Thanks New&Used tires, you guys ROCK!!!!

Took my tire there and they had me out in less than 20 minutes. Brandon and Najee (hope I spelled it correctly) were great in assisting me! I will be back if needed.

This place has good quality product but its always a long wait. I know they stay busy but I stood at the desk for almost 30 minutes before someone came to ask if I been help. Take a newspaper with you and some coffee because u gonna be there for a while.

This place was really a lifesaver! My husband and I experienced a flat tire and had to drive slowly all the way from the Indiana Skyway to find this place and their service was magnificent! They were able to give my husband a new tire and great service! We do intend to return soon to purchase another tire! I give them two thumbs up from me and the hubby!

Everything was great even if the tires you get my business

7 pm on Friday I got a flat. Called asking if they had my size tire and could come change it. Told them the size tire and where I was near. Man on phone said he’d call back and let me know. 3 hours later no call back and I figured he wouldn’t by the disinterest in his voice and the fact he never asked for a call back #, name or exact address. At least a courtesy call back whether they could or couldn’t help would have been nice and the professional thing to do. Oh well I guess I’ll take my $$ elsewhere to people who want customers and business.

Blew a tire on a trip from Chicago to Elkhart, found this place while on the highway, still driving on the flat, and I called. The guy said to come on by. Drove on the flat to the shop. Was in and out for $85 total - 205/55/16, new tire, balanced and mounted - in under 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES. Excellent service and turnaround time!! Major props to these guys.

Took my car to get two new tires. The service was good it took them awhile though to finish which isnt a problem being that quality work takes time the price was $60 each tire but at the other shops it was a $100 a piece for used tires so they definitely have the better deal. I definitely will shop again

The sensors on my tires were broken causing the air in my tires to leak. I stopped in on my way home from work to ask about putting air in my tires. I had got the wrong tire put on my car and when I called the technician he immediately rectified the situation with the right size tire and profusely apologize for my inconvenience. I recommend this shop they are very loyal to their customers.Yes, that is correct because I didnt go into the specifics about how I had to wait close to an hour and a half for me to get get a tire while all the other customers got their cars serviced!!

I went there to get two tires in the front because one of my tires in the front was about to pop. I was happy that there was a place that I could go after hours coming from work. I had the tires replaced (used tires) which took 2 hours and a couple of days later I had to put air in one of the tires. It happened two days after that and I took my car back to have them replace the tire because this shouldn’t have been happening. They say they replaced the tire and I had to buy a set of lugs because he said he couldn’t get them back on.Before I could get to work the next day the warning light came on that my tire pressure was low! I had to leave work and find somewhere close to have the tire fixed by “real professionals” who know what they are doing! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Fast and Friendly service. The staff was great at showing other problems on my car that would need assistance soon. Dont want to have to come back but if I need any light mechanical work or tire service Im definitely coming here. Not to mention the place has completely turned around in its appearance into a nice comfortable environment.

We were in our way to Pittsburgh form Madison WI and got a flat due some pothole in a gas stating parking lot. it was Friday at 6:30pm on Memorial Day Weekend. We google for tire shops and all were closed until we find them, They were about a mile form us and they waited for us after business hours, changed the tire and give us the same excellent rates they have for everybody. They save us from a very sticky situation!!!!! Thank you!

Picked up a bad metal piece on the skyway Needed to get a tire now! They were wonderful! Fair priced, concerned and thoughtful, was back on the road in 30 minutes. Really thankful they were there!

We ran over a giant screw on the shoreway in our van, at downtown Gary exit. Called a few places and they said they couldt fit us in or dont put tires on. Called this place and they had us back on the road within an hour. Great service. Very reasonable prices.

Horrible, I came in theee and purchase a used tire . The women at the counter did not tell me the sensor had to be replaced ! Which the manager said is a extra charge. However I was only charged $53.00. Then mechanic said he asked the women at the front desk and she said I said it was ok to replaceThe tire and replace the stem ! Now if it need to be replaced cause he can’t put air in fine ! But let me know tf!. Now I got to pay $70 to have it replaced!

So I purchased two used tires from this shop last weekend cost me $125. Thought everything was okay the guys were nice that sold me the tires. Wasnt until the next day when I went out for gas I noticed that one of the tires that they sold me they had patched up very very poorly. The patch work was so poor and stood off the tire so high it was horrible. The air seemed to have been holding up until yesterday I noticed the tire was alittle low. I went to put air in it, seemed fine. UNTIL TODAY, THE WHOLE ENTIRE PATCH WORK FAIL OFF. YOU CAN ACTUALLY HEAR THE AIR COMING OUT AROUND THE CRAPY PATCHED TIRE THEY SOLD ME. By the grace of God I was right across the street from a tire shop when I had pulled over because of the flat tire. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY RIP ME OFF.
