Been stopping here for years as a truck driver. Always clean, neat. Great customer service. Coffee is fresh, food is good.

They keep it very clean throughout the store. Theres a small dining area to sit and eat cafeteria style served food. Its a small selection to choose from but for a quick bite its not bad. The breakfast food is pretty good. Self serve coffee with plenty of flavored creamer and sugar. Grab some toiletries and snacks for the road trip. Fill up the gas tank and hit the road. Only drawback is that theres a concrete median north and south blocking entry for cars. Trucks can enter but not cars. You have to drive further south, u-turn and drive back north to safely turn in to use the car entrance.

The store was clean, coffee was hot, and the cashiers are nice. However, I witnessed an employee use the restroom then proceed to walk out and service customers and handle food (pizza, etc) all without ever washing her hands. Im not entirely sure on which lady it was but, Im definitely happy Im not eating there! Would have given a better rating if not for that....

This location is near two other truck stops, all 24/7 but this one is consistently much faster to check out. I really appreciate that theres air available for free on every other fuel island (super convenient). Ive never had wings or a sandwich from there, but they offer food from breakfast and stay full menu till around 9pm and then just a few fried options after.

It is really nice to fine a Truck Stop that steal care for the customer like this place. The workers Here are friendly the store and bathrooms as well as the showers are super clean. It ever has a kitchen with Made to order food. Well done Mr. FUEL, WELL DONE.

I dont know where all these positive reviews are coming from because theyre clearly all lies . . This location has the be the worst mr fuel around .. Ripley st makes this place look sorry .. for starters they are constantly understaffed which makes them very slow to help customers, when they are staffed they would rather chit chat in the back or prepare food over getting customers taken care of and out the door .. maybe it is just lack of professionalism or manpower but if I have any chance to avoid this location to get to the Ripley location then I do any means necessary.. theres only 2 employees at burr location that actually do a good job an older woman and a younger blonde girl

The whole station was super clean, well organized and the attendants there were super helpful and polite! The best experience ever at a gas station! Highly recommend this place for a quick stop to refuel and energize! Id give it a higher rating if I could.

I love this gas station.I drive from Niles, MI to Chicago about 5-6 times a year and they are my favorite shop to stop for a quick break, be it coffee, gas or using the loo.Never seen the bathroom nasty, all the staff are nice, clean store and parking lot.This station is highly recommended.

Driving home from Florida, with my daughter and my dog, our battery light came on and the charge went to zero fast, so we headed to the south Burr St exit and crossed our fingers. Ended up at Mr Fuel and we were so very thankful. Staff was so professional and caring, premises very clean, food looked amazing, but special attention to John, the mechanic on duty! This very special man drove me to autozone where I bought an alternator, he installed it on his lunch hour and sent us on our way to Michigan. Thank you so very much!! We made it home!

My husband takes me here. Its his favorite place to go nearby for gas. Other snacks or even cell phone accessories. They have more than youd think a place like this would sell. We love the employees. A pleasure always.

After 4 Months, many phone calls, and reaching out to Pilot Oil (who they are owned by), the gas station finally returned the double-charged money. Faith in humanity: restored.best place for fuel around. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.

They have the best gas prices! Also they have great gas! Since I started filling up my tank here, my gas mileage on my Chevy has increased per tank! No lie, whoever is their gas supplier is awesome! I highly appreciate this gas station!

Its a sketchy Indiana gas station. They someones have security. When they do I feel better. Gary is not known for being a great neighborhood. Come for the gas prices, they are very cheap. No good fast food so expect common gas station chips and snacks.

Mr. Fuel? Pilot? We dont know! But, the sheriff sings and the pizza is good. Definitely dont rob this place or you will be shot! 👮‍♀️

Stopped here because gas was the cheapest around. ($2.86!) Filled up the tank. Then took my three year old daughter to the bathroom. It was very clean aduquet soap and water pressure

Cheap gas and friendly clean place. Showers for truckers and quick bite to eat. Also heavy police presence so safety is there 1st priority.

Very nice place to refuel use the Walsh room whichthey keep clean, or get refreshments. They also have hot meals if you like. The staff is very friendly.

Mr. Fuel usually has the cheapest gas in town. They also have excellent food available for a gas station! I often take home their pizza or one of their dinners.

Good food, gas is cheaper than most, and free air at the pumps. Do not try and rob it. Sheriffs are inside and you will be shot.

He woke me up at 1 am to check if I paid for parking (I did, but didnt print reciept), when I asked him to give me a minute to show reciept in my phone, he started scream about towing. I had shock, he was so agressive. His name is Haywood. Please calm him down.

Did not get the name of the employee that was working tonight October 26 between 7:30-8pm. However I have never EVER experienced such bad customer service! Totally uncalled for! Not to mention the manager over hearing this employee talk to customers in such a manner and do nothing to stop it. Will not be doing business here again!
