It was cool. The store was fully stocked. It was like a... storage containment?It basically had everything except for pickle flavored lays chips. Things where sometimes a little hard to find, but you cant go wrong asking for help.

Love working with the prices, the vegetables always on point, and I appreciate my guy with the fragrance shop.

I love the store and the prices are definitely overly reasonable. Old school style grocery store, reminds you of the market you visited when you were a kid. Employees don’t look like they want to help, but if you ask something they gladly answer to their best availability. It over exceeds my expectations for a small grocery store in this neighborhood

Definitely a weirdly organized grocery store, took a while to find things. A lot of items were still boxed up on pallets. Weird, but we got what we needed at okay prices.

I liked the store it did not have some of the stuff that I was looking for but that is OK I think that the store was nice.

I use to shop at this store quite often. Years ago I had a bad experience with the frozen cat fish. When I got home to defrost it the fish was spoiled. I figured it out. They store was I re wrapping and freezing the item over and over. I return the fish with no problem. I now shop at Save More for my fish. Its fresh not frozen.

I only go for two things, apple fritters and conecuh sausage. The apple fritters were so fresh. This time it seemed they were left over from last week. I go for the sausage because I could not find them near me. I think this is my last visit.

Always fresh produce and groceries. Open early 7 days a week. Always have good sale prices.

Great market to shop for fresh vegetables, fruits and other food items. Prices are some what reasonable depending on the items you are buying. They run great sales on food items.

Great place to shop over the years they really expanded their selections. Conveniencely located off of 80/94 Grant Street exit North and West on 25th Ave. Gas station complex also. The best thing I found looking for pop up on the wall was a picture of Gary history one day. When I asked a worker told me they were all over the store sir and I never noticed. Then I walked around the store and found them. The Sales,Workers are friendly, helpful and keep the shells stocked. 👌💯👋

The weekend security is awful! He waited till my husband and i were half way in the parking lot and asked us if the sticker is on our milk! He stood there watching us pay for our stuff..when we offered to show the receipt he refused to look at it and had us come in. He lied and said he wanted to prove a point to the cashier . so we go in and he asks if we paid for it! KNOWING we did! Im disgusted after the embarrassment i recived from there! Hes a complete slob.. Shirt untucked.. Hat backwards and hes got an attitude.. Unreal!

Went there yesterday for advertised bag of crab legs (2lbs) for under$10. It was artificial crab made with some kind of white fish. Apparently they thought that ppl that frequent that store couldnt read. Outrageous, and by the way, their meats are horrible.

Nice to have in neighborhood but i wish they would bag if iam spending my money!!!!

This store has some really good sales at times. They run them for like 2 weeks rather then 5 days like most stores in this area. They take just about every thing, cash, debt, credit cards, ect ect. The store is located right off a major highway so its very easy to find, and get too. I shop here often.

I LOVE the sales... they put out so much fresh MEAT til I dont think it gets proper refrigeration. Other than that, I love that store.

This particular County Market store has everything in the food department that you will ever need I prepare homemade chicken noodle soup using chicken feet for the best broth flavor, they always have chicken feet in stock as well as other hard to find stock to prepare your soups and stews, friendly staff, quick service.

Decent place as a local grocery store.Fruits and vegetables are fresh.They keep a fresh supply of bottled water. The seafood is clean and fresh.

Decent store with decent meat prices but sometimes the meat is really old an shouldnt even be on the shelf an the chicken shelf area smells as if something died from all the juices thats leaked, it really needs to have all the meat removed for a good old fashion scrub down because they do have great cuts of meat an prices !

Cant beat there meat prices. Although everything else is way to expensive!

You have to watch the meat you buy because a lot of times it is bad. It is close which is a plus but the prices are high and they do not keep up on their signs. The produce is terrible. If you have to buy fresh food you should plan on going somewhere else.

You cant beet the meat markets or produce section. Clean and Weekley specials are great.no long waiting lines to check out.

The chicken was rotten or they needed to clean the freezers but it smelled awful in that area.

I look for bargins and find them here. The staff is great. Some items are a bit higher than other stores. I shop more for meats. Never found any old or spoiled meat in the store.

Its a grocery store that feels like it has a hard time competing with the other larger local chains, that being said, all of the odd ball flavors and varieties seem to end up here which is good if you cant find them elsewhere. Also it kind of reminds me of a very big Ultra before the Ultras all closed down.

I left a bag of meat. Went right back In the store. A worker said they saw the lady pick it up. And I wasnt given a replacement for my meat. I dont get government assistance so Yes I feel some type of way about my hard earned money. I wont be going back again. Poor management. Because the employee even went outside to catch the lady. So clearly Im not lying. But life is a learning lesson.

I appreciate having a Neighborhood Grocery Store with such great quality and supplying the city with employment as well. Its a win-win situation. Im glad to see them to be able to accomplish their vision.

I was at this grocery store 4 days ago. I was going to buy some shrimp .there is a freezer that sits in the middle of the aisle with fresh shrimp and the big freezer to the right has already precooked different fish and shrimp. Blah blah blah anyway, that shrimp has been unthawed and refrozen.. Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles could see that the shrimp is no good and they needed to throw that out.. I say something to the manager about it, he looks at me like I was crazy. This Is a grocery store that sits in the Mecca of a black community, we live here we work here we pay taxes... We deserve better!!!

First time in country market, overall impression was good but I have a issue that as soon as you walk in all junk food is right there all the bad cereal ect soon as you come in the door ! I feel as a black shopper in a all black area this is not good this is a issue to me ! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE

I enjoy going to county market. This time Italian sausage was on sale (hot & mild) great price mild .99 a pound and hot 1.49 a pound. Made great 🍕 yum! Some other people dont like county market, but be aware of what you buy, mishaps can happen at any grocery store.
