Not a bad. Day to shop not many customers though Some shelves had product but some empty.The checkout associate did not really look at her customers, head down .She Thanked a customer and said Yes Maam and He was a man I am sure he will not be backI know you are short handed but everyone needs training !

This was my first interaction with any Michaels store ever and this will definitely be my last after today. I placed an online order and selected curbside pick up. When I arrive to the store I had checked in through the email sent to me and selected my parking spot number. I waited 10 to 12 minutes with my child in the car in 90 degree weather.I called the store to see what was taking so long and a woman by the name Christina picked up the phone. Who I later found out is apparently the manager when my husband called back to speak with the manager about this interaction. I explained the issue and that I’ve been waiting in 90 degree with my child in the car and she hung up on me without saying anything. Not a word.I have no idea how she is a manager if that is how she treats customers. That is completely unprofessional. Maybe you need to step down and humble yourself.. as the customers you treat poorly are the ones that pay your salary.If you don’t like your job simply quit and find another one instead of treating your customers poorly as that not only affects them, but makes customers think negatively of the brand Michaels.

Loved the huge selection of artificial flowers and that there was a sale going on! I was able to make a perfect bouquet for my wedding! Was a little disappointed in the clearanced out and empty wedding aisle as I remember Michaels used to have so much but I made due.

Michaels has such a great selection for all things crafty! I love the store.I stood in line for several minutes because the customer in front of me had a complicated order. That is understandable but what I dont understand is why another associate was behind the counter and couldnt check me out. Im sure what she was doing was important but it seems to me that serving customers would be top priority?

I enjoyed that the store was a whale organized well-kept clean it was just really clean that was great the people are helpful and fast service

A little disappointed at low and missing model building items. Paints not restocked. Good selection of balsa and basswood, many jigsaw puzzles.

A craft store worthy of visiting during the Christmas season! Youll find great discounts on everything Christmas. They have just about every ribbon you can think of. Michaels is the place where your crafty vision can become a reality. In the pictures I posted you can see the 3 different ribbons I used and purchased at Michaels, as well as the lights I put on the top bow. The bow is wrapped with small round lights that have a timer and 3 different settings. I also purchased the spheres at Michaels 2 years ago, and theyre still in great shape.

Great two for one sale on document frames this week. I final picked up frames to hang these awards. The staff was very helpful.

Absolutely great. We have recently started playing league guitar and there is A poster of the chords. That you can hang up its decorative its real. And it helps side a great deal. You can see it a whole lot better than you can in a book. Plus we had a little bit of fun my were there. Seems like they have a little bit of everything.

I will not come back into this facility again after the last visit. The entire time me and my husband and our kids are just walking around looking at different items, and I happen to notice that a couple of the employees are watching our every move like we were going to take something. First off I never wouldve walked into a store if I was not able to pay for my purchase or whatever it may be that I was getting. While at the checkout the cashier is looking hard to see if there is something that we didnt put on the counter and the looks in my pocketbook when I sit it on the counter to pay for my items. Never will I shop here for anything

Shopping for picture frames. Working on a new theme in our guest bedroom. Found what I needed and on sale.

I love Michaels, I love going to look at all of the art supplies. If anyone has ever had a small strings of beads in their cart you know that quite often it will slip through the cart and wind up on the floor. I had placed the strings of beads under my purse in the baby seat of the cart so they wouldnt fall. Not IN my purse under my purse to hold them in place. I had asked somebody that worked there to scan one of the items I was thinking about buying which they did after that the employee decided to reach into my heart and pull the strings of beads out from underneath my purse and say oh look she has these beads under here too. The feeling that I got I believe what she was trying to imply that I was a thief and I was stealing from the store or I was going to steal . This was highly offensive and rude and I have never been treated like this in a store before. She Actually reached into my cart to show another employee what i had in there and acted like I was stealing something. I will not be going back to this Michaels. The employees at this Michaels obviously are judging their customers, condemning them, and embarrassing them for no reason. If you like to be judged and scrutinized, then this is your store.

I LOVE this store in general. However, the staff leaves a bit to be desired. Couldnt find an associate to help find an item and when I finally found it in my own, I stood in front of the register for what seemed like forever waiting to be checked out. Never heard be right with you or sorry for the wait. Id almost rather drive to Charlotte or up the road to hobby lobby.

This is the go-to place for all things Crafty!! I love their selection and they always have some great sales going on. My last big purchase from there was my Cricut Explore. They have a whole section dedicated to Cricut which makes the projects easy to achieve. Ill be going to Michaels for a lot of my small business needs in 2021. Definitely check them out if youre feeling artsy or want a fun craft to do.

Service was not that great and out of a lot of products

They were extremely helpful. One of the employees went out of their way to help me get what I went in needing. They also have a really great inventory usually having tons of cricuts in stock. The only reason I give them 4 stars is one thing they could improve on is adding more cashiers. You typically have to wait a bit in the check out line.

Great crafts store

All yarn was on sale buy 1/get 1 50% off. At checkout, I was told the RedHeart Its a Wrap was on clearance at $10.99 each, which is the regular price. There was no clearance sign on the bin. I had to ask them to check the shelf, as I knew that was not a clearance price!!! They did and told me the shelf was not marked correctly and it WAS on clearance!!?? Quite irritating, as I could have ordered from Amazon for $8, as I was there specifically for this yarn!!! They did adjust the sale price for me.

My sister was looking for some gesso and the associate Theresa that we asked for help was more than happy to assist us. She was very pleasant polite and courteous and shes really great at her job. She made our shopping experience that much more enjoyable.

Went to find some Christmas things. They had so many cute farmhouse style things and the man at the front door was so nice and welcoming. He made the trip even better.

It looks like a great store and it might be I had never been in that store before but I do know dont go the last hour that they are open because no one will help you find anything they just point and they are not rude or anything they make sure you know that they are done....

Great place to get all your arts and crafts items. If you are teacher, you can get a discount by showing your work badge. They have cake decorating items, sewing items, picture frames and professional framing. They even have items for children such as crafts and coloring books. You can find shirts to decorate in different colors as well as fabric paint. It is always tempting to buy so much when you visit this store and the staff is always friendly. Great location as well. I live shopping here as a teacher!

Great store lots of great things to try. Store staff are so welcoming. Needed help in paints a employee Charday helped me so much. I know I kept her a good 45 mins. Her knowledge was so helpful. Will go back anytime and get supplies.

This Michaels is always organized and Ive always experienced great customer service!This past Saturday I needed to return a item and I got there as soon as Customer Service Manager, Lisa, was about to lock the doors. Lisa was very apologetic and assisted me as if they had just opened. Kudos to you, Lisa!!! I will always come here for my crafting needs.

Well we went here to find some stencils but when we got there they didnt have what we wanted. We make homemade wood gun cabinets and homemade jewelry. The service was good. They just didnt have it in stock so I ended up ordering it from Amazon when we got home!
