Crisp Printers made our sign for our boutique. We asked them prior to installing to make the sign removable so we can take it down if we ever moved. They put the lettering up with liquid nail making it hard to remove. They had to remove the sign for us to put at our new location and charged us way too much for the removal. We were told if any of the letters broke, we would have to pay to replace them. One letter broke. Monty, the owner, broke the letter by clumsily dropping it, NOT taking it off and informs us we have to pay for the replacement. Why should we pay for something we didnt do and was his fault!! It took a month to get the letter back. When we went in to get the letter, Monty is sitting to the side and wont acknowledge we are there. We tried paying for the letter that was not our fault and we were shown the door, not once but twice. They are rude and very unprofessional. The lady at the desk is rude and forgetful.

Just a shout out to everyone at Crisp Printers.. had a last minute project for Crisp Printers, was told it would take longer than I expected, but they did it in record time and it was AWESOME... just want to say thanks, and the person the project was for was blown away... thanks again for all your help....highly recommend............Bruce Flynn....
