They close at 6p.m. not 7p.m. Fix the time, so we dont waste gas!

The two employees in the store this afternoon were so polite and helpful with my purchase today! Very refreshing in the climate of customer service we are in. I will definitely be returning to this location for future Sallys purchases. Thank you.

If you are going to change your store hours, post it on the website like a respectable business! They just have their new hours penciled in on the door. I just drove 30 minutes and now leave empty handed, again! Same thing happened at a different Sally’s 2 weeks ago! What is with this town? I just moved here from California and am pretty surprised that these stores just open whenever they feel like it. I’m a busy mom and my roots are looking terrible because I don’t have time to go hunt for a store that is actually open!

Any time I come in here I always have an associate offer to help me find something. The store is set up where everything is accessible and easy to find. My only complaint is they never have exactly what I need. But in that case I suppose thats also good because I know Im looking for a popular product and if its sold out its because the store is getting business. Also, in the Gastonia location (I hate I dont know the womans name) the woman with the long beautiful braids and and glasses is always very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure when shes working.

3 stars because of the rude, older lady with glasses that was working there around noon yesterday. For starters, she was extremely rude when I asked where semi permanent hair color could be found. Once I found it, I noticed it only contained the color, no applicator. I asked Miss Personality where I might tools to apply it with. She seemed confused. After I repeated the question, she proceeds to tell me that she never in her life heard of applying highlights like that with a comb or other tools and proceeded to say that the only way she has known is through a plastic cap. I honestly thought this was some sort of bad April Fools joke as this method was last used in what, the 80s? Other than this very rude associate, the store was very neat and well stocked.

Has new products but sometimes pricey.Thank you

I will forever drive the extra few miles to come to this location after an old lady with glasses at the other location (by Taco Bell and the old DMV) lied to me and was so rude. The lady that helped me here (bless I forget her name, but she was dark skinned and had beautiful eyeshadow and white eyeliner on that day) was so helpful!

Sallys is generally great and have been to many Sallys stores but DONT go to this specific store ever.. Ive been to this store a few times and its like the employees get worse and worse each time I go. This older blonde nasty woman acted like me purchasing products was a huge inconvenience to her, was rude the entire time from the moment I walked into an empty store, and when I pointed out she didnt take my Sallys loyalty card, she couldnt believe that I expect her to do her job.. Its a basic register job, I dont care if its just basic transaction without kiss ass customer service, but being rude AF is the most unprofessional and completely uncalled for. I had to be the one who remained professional just so I get get on with my day and I dont even work there. So please, do youself a favor and go somewhere else or just order online.

I Absolutely love Sallys I can get all the name brand hair products I want & need, shampoo/conditioner, real human hair for extentions, curling irons etc... Go to Sallys you wont regret it!

I was accused of shoplifting by one of the clerks here. Not sure why because I only looked at the nail polish thats directly across from the counter where she stood the entire time. Im assuming its because I have tattoos and she judged my character off of that. Regardless, this place had rude employees.

Everytime I go in the employee there is so sweet! She always helps me and she never stop smiling and makes everyone else smile.

I love Sallys they always have the best hair products with great deals.

I used to go to this Sallys but never again will I. The employees they have are awful, horrible, very rude, and awful. There are 2 African American ladies working there and lady of more height and weight was most judgemental and disrespectful. EVERYONE GO TO SALLYS @ ACRE CENTER ON E FRANKLIN **THE EMPLOYEES ARE AWESOME THERE**

I came at 9 and nobody was there. What’s the point of having hours of operation when there is nobody there. I just wasted my time and gas.

Employees are rude and they take forever to get anyone through the check out line. The store is small and they leave boxes in the middle of the floor so theres not much room to walk.
