I never considered buying a previous rental car due to not knowing the history of the car. I rented a mini van and was so impressed by the condition of it and the way the car handled.In fact, I liked it so much I decided to buy one. When I saw the same minivan I rented, I was informed that the car would also come with a 2 or 3 year elected warranty for a very reasonable charge.I essentially bought a 2020 Chrysler minivan with the 2 year warranty. When I pointed out some parts of the car needed to be touched up and a minor dent removed, I was sent to a repair shop of theirs right down the block. The dent and touch up were done the same day with no additional cost to me.I would definitely buy another (almost new) car thats only a year old for less than half of what a new one would cost.

Excellent service, I was in a pinch and they made my vehicle trade-in a smooth experience.

Incompetent.Address was put in wrong for auto loan making it a pain a month down the road to verify with the auto loan company. Finally get that handled. Have to call 3 months later because I haven’t heard anything about registration to find out they haven’t sent the paperwork through. Finally mailed it. Due to other circumstances of fed ex also being incompetent the package was lost. Tried contacting Charlotte branch where it came from 4 times. No call back. Called the branch I purchased the vehicle from to see if they can point me in the right direction and they told me they would call me right back. Haven’t heard anything, that was 2 days ago. Customer service is awful. Will never go here again.

Got upgraded to a larger vehicle because the first one I chose had a super tiny dent in it and they did not want to own it. The vehicle I got someone had smoked in and there was bugs as well as the driver seat feeling like its padding was shot. I had no choice but to take it as they had no other vehicles besides the dented one and I had to get moving due to and emergency.

My bank (8 year history) claimed I had no credìt profile,then, it was not extensive enough, solicited 3 lenders to increase the interest rate from 2.3 to 5.1? I opted to use another lender. I am from the West coast, Seattle, and have purchased many cars over my lifetime since I have resided in 6 states. In 2015, I purchased a car in CA from Enterprise Car Sales. It was an efficient process and the sales staff were professional. After selling my car and moving to South Carolina this year, I called an area Enterprise Car Sales to secure a new car. Disastrous! South Carolina has ancillary costs that no other state I have resided in have i.e. gap insurance, car registration fee not included in purchase contract, instead it is with the County you reside in. None of this was explained to me. Secondly, the owner Kyle was rude and screamed at me on the phone when I was questioning insurance being optional. When I took possession of the car, it was filthy with stains. Now I want to trade the car in. The sales staff are rude and even hung up on me. After being an Enterprise customer for 30 years, I am astounded by the lack of professional I have experienced.

The man has an outgoing personality, keen mind, great manners, and clearly has the customers best interest in mind as he conducts business. This instills customer loyalty and trust. Took me an hour to pick out car, test drive etc. Took them 2.5 hours to do paperwork. It was a cash deal, NO FINANCING. Repeatedly pushed extended warranty AFTER I said wasnt interested. Charged 200 bucks to get the tag mailed to us by UPS. Then called 2 days later and wanted another 200 or I could go to DMV myself.......what was the first 200 for again? Love the car. Not the first one I bought from Enterprise but it is the last one I will get from this location.

My car buying experience was ok,a little misleading for someone whos never purchased a new car. On the website the No haggle price down $1,000s from the KBB, was not what you paid at all, its only what is financed by Enterprise. The cars total cost after interest is, sometimes, $10,000 more than it claims on the website. Despite all of that, I desperately needed a new car, and I had already driven from Asheville to Gastonia. So,I signed the papers for 6 years, $279 monthly.Second, I was promised by my salesman, that I could drive my new car home that day, he would take my rental and make sure it was returned to Asheville. That didnt happen and I only received a partial payment of my $200 deposit because I was charged a drop off fee, and gas, even though the car had a half tank or more and he said he would take car of everything. I feel like I was promised alot, just to sell me a car. Its unfortunate, and I still dont have the refund I was promised, the rest of my deposit was promised to me by Mike in the Gastonia dealership. Its been 2 weeks. Im probably going to email corporate offices.

My 17 year old car suddenly became too dangerous to drive and I needed a car right away. Initially I rented a car from Enterprise in the hopes that I would find something really soon. I visited a couple of car dealerships, talked to several salesmen over the phone and browsed many websites. I was getting quite apprehensive when I remembered that I had purchased a Jeep truck from Enterprise several years ago. I went to the Wilkerson Blvd location and was pleasantly greeted by Martin Holmes. He asked what type of car I was looking for and if I had any specific parameters that he should be aware of. With my information he showed me several cars on their lot. I saw a car I like, but not the color. He found the color I wanted in Greensboro and drove there to pick it up for me. Martin is profession, courteous, and conscientious. His managers Isreal and Will were also helpful in getting me a payment I could afford. I never felt any pressure and I am really pleased with the whole experience.

Easy Transaction. I did quite a bit of price comparisons and found the Enterprise No Haggle Price to be below other dealerships. I know the Enterprise vehicles are well maintained so I had confidence in what I as buying. The staff was there to help me with questions and facilitate the purchase, not to pressure me in any way. I think they should be called purchase facilitators and not salespersons. Enterprise also beat the interest rate available from my normal finance sources so Enterprise handled the finance end as well. And last but certainly not least, the doc fee was FAR BELOW that of any other dealership. When doing my price comparisons, I was shocked to find dealerships charging as much as $1000 for documentary fees and car prep. Overall Great experience.

Liz was a very helpful in the purchase of the car:The loan manger was the most rude and condescending person I have every worked with . He took my bank check to see what the bank wanted. He filled out the check without my permission and when I asked about it he seemed put off when I questioned him. He talked down to me and was nasty in his attitude. The only reason that I didn’t walk and not purchase the car was that Liz was so nice and professional in her dealings with me. I voiced my concerns about being treated so badly.
