The store was clean and organized. I was greeted my the staff, they were also very kind and helpful
People that say theyre low prices must work for them or have some kind of interest in the company because they are very high 😃🤣
The easy of the process of doing another one was easy but the time it took I already had done one rewards
Omg! I love 7-11!!! I go in everyday multiple times a day & night & they all know me & say hi & ask me how I’m doing. Their coffee is way better than Starbucks & only a dollar if you bring in your own thermos (up to 24oz only!) They have a wonderful selection of fresh food & accept food stamps for everything except fresh coffee & fountain drinks. Everything is wonderfully priced. I love them! Manager is super cool too & talks to everyone that comes in! But stay away from the chai tea; IT’S ALL MINE!!!
They let us refill our slushees after drinking some in the store since it’s super hot outside!! Good gas prices and not super high food or drink items unlike QT down the street. Employees super nice and we also signed up for perks!
Place looks clean, thought about getting wings but ended up getting whole pizza, when they said it only takes a few minutes and it would be ready by the time I got my drink and paid cashier. Employees were very helpful. Definitely returning.
Clean store cool employees.
I always have a good experience at 7-Eleven (the Neil Hawkins Road and West Franklin Boulevard locations)...
I stop in and buy a large Coke Slurpee almost every evening after work since this store opened recently. Thats $2.13 w tax. I also buy $40-60 worth of scratch offs. Thats $210.65 - 310.65 per week spent at this store.Today, I was charged 10¢ a piece for the six (coffee) creamers, that I had previously obtained sans charge every evening since the store opened, which I place into the Coke Slurpee (makes it into a Coke Slurpee float) which I sip while doing my scratch offs at home.Thank goodness that I dont stop in the morning for coffee. That would be another $3.00 per week spent on coffee creamers! $12 per month. $156 per year extra for coffee creamers!I hope that extra 60¢ was worth it for this store. I will not be back. My business will go to Hess across the street and Citgo down the block and back to the 7-11 down the street from my workplace in Charlotte that has never charged me extra for creamers for the past six years even though the large Coke Slurpee is almost melted by the time I get home to play my scratch offs!
I went into this location on Sunday July 12, 2020 around 11am in the morning, Im of legal age to buy products that require proof of age... I presented my ID to make a purchase and was told they couldnt accept IDs that are blacked out? Im not sure if it was because Im black then she said oh well my manager said if we cant see the picture clearly we cant sell to you? Is she a dmv expert or a cashier? Im confused Ive been in here before and never had a problem her manager didnt come and resolve the issue either. This place is usually never busy and I see why but thats fine your competition took it with no problem. To top it all off they dont have change either so theres that
Food was not fresh, and tasted terrible. Wouldnt refund money with receipt, but offered me more stale food. Thanks, but no thanks. Wont be back.
Ive ordered food from here through Postmates a few times. I wasnt expecting much. Its gas station food, right? Wrong. The buffalo wings and pizza are easily the best in Gastonia. Even my picky toddler eats the wings. If you heat the donuts for a few seconds theyll melt in your mouth almost like a Krispy Kreme. The food was equally delicious when reheated the next day. Im just glad this place isnt too close because Id be huge.
Worse 7 eleven store they never have coffee at 5am also they always had actitud and always out of cream ridiculous for real a 24 hours store not to have coffee
Very bad gas station
