Marcello did a wonderful job on our new marble counters and backsplash. This was the second project we worked on together- previously he refaced the fireplace surround.He is professional, on time, honest and fair about costs, and genuinely a good man. You want to use him as he makes the process so easy.We trusted him to do the entire project while we were away for a few days. The timeline was tight but he assured us he would get it done. He demoed, installed, and cleaned beautifully before we got home working well into the nights. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I looked all over Charlotte and the surrounding areas including a all of the shops in Gastonia for someone willing to work with me on remnants and changing the finish. It was exhausting calling places asking if they had absolute black granite for them to tell me yes only to arrive and find out there was none BUT they had granite that had a lot of black in it. Complete waste of time. I was also completely shocked at the amount of granite shops who told me they couldn’t alter the finish from a high shine to give me either a honed or leathered finish. I went to Romero’s and they found a piece of absolute black. They changed the finish while I was there to show me what a honed finish looked like. I asked if I could have leathered and he said no problem. Once I got the dimensions the shower curb was cut and finished in a couple of hours. At the time I was looking for a piece of granite for a shower curb, I was undecided on what type of granite I wanted for the vanity. We liked the look of the leathered granite for the curb so much we decided to use it for our vanity. Marcelo was not only quick with the shower curb, he was able to get the absolute black granite in, leathered the finished and cut out the sinks fairly quick as well. The install was very quick and clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Romeros Granite. The owner and his brother were great. We met them on a Monday before Christmas Eve, and on Friday they were installing our beautiful countertop in the bathroom. Marcelo stayed in touch and kept us informed. He was extremely kind and a pleasure to work within. The granite work was beautiful. I will be using them again. And will recommend them.

I cannot express how pleased we are with those guys. The two brothers worked on Sunday until 3am in the morning knowing that I had my Thanksgiving family reunion on Thursday, and the plumber was schedule for Monday. They saved my thanksgiving when the cabinet crew got behind. This guys are the most responsable team Ive ever worked with. They didnt want to take the extra money I offered for all the rush.

I needed to find a piece of granite for a table topper and found this place online. I called and spoke with the owner and we negotiated a great price for what I needed. He told me to go and see his brother since he was out on a job. He had called ahead and his brother was expecting me! He showed me a few different pieces to choose from and I took his advice when choosing. They cut the piece to size for me, wiped it down and put plastic under it in my trunk to keep from damaging my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer...excellent people!!

This is a terrible company to do business with Called Romero’s granite most of the time they will not answer the phone and if you get someone they will tell you they’re going to call you back or come by. But they never did I have to keep calling over and over.From what I can understand nobody in the business can make any decisions or do anything unless the owner of the company is the one that they talk to.I went by the shop to look at remnants there is no proper entrance to the shop actually it’s very dangerous they have very steep steps with no handrails, water all over the floor but I managed to find a remnant I had to bag them over and over to please let me know if it would fit my countertops.Finally they said yes and came out to do a template the guy informed me that I would have a seam I told him no I don’t want a seam they told me they were going to go back and check again but they have never contacted me since if I text them they will text you back but then they won’t do what they say they’re going to do.

Marcelo is so great to work with and goes way above and beyond! He did our bar area and did such a great job laying out the granite. Which gave us another piece to do a bathroom. He really knows how to make the most out of the material. The finished product looked way better than we could of expected and the attention to detail is something that makes him a step above others. I can’t say enough nice things about him. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!!

I can not say enough great things about Romeros!! From the first time we contacted him, he has gone above and beyond to help us get the kitchen of our dreams! He takes great pride in his work and it shows. His attention to every little detail went above and beyond my expectations. We had new countertops in less than a week after we picked out our stone. I would recommend him a million times over!

Romero Granite in Gastonia NC did a superb job on replacing our old Formica countertop to quartz. Very pleased with everything. Polite, very detail orientated and cleanup was fantastic. Wish there were more workers/businesses like him! About a month after replacing, I placed some AA batteries on plastic on the counter and overnight some rolled off onto the counter. Big mistake I made, the acid leaked out on two batteries and damaged the quartz. I called Romeros back and sent pics and he said he would be out the next day to see if he could do anything. Well.... to my amazement and prayers he did just that. He managed to repair the marks on the quartz and to this day it is perfect and nothing indicating that it was damaged. Hallelujah Romeros saved me and my countertop!!!!! I was grateful for sure. Hes a wonderful guy to do business with by far and excellent work.
