We had a vinyl fence installed on one side of our property to match the neighbors side yet leave the back open for our scenery. Ken was our project manager, and kept us updated on our order and also came to remeasure after we had second thoughts about the length of the fence. The team Jose, Kevin, and Beto, installed our fence just as I wanted; level on the top and according to the specifications. They were very pleasant, professional, and efficient in getting the work done on a very hot day. We are looking forward to grilling and entertaining outside now with our new privacy. Thank you! 🤗

We are currently working on having fencing installed around our back yard and called on J & G Fence Co for an estimate. They made an appointment to come out and in spite of it being rainy, they came out and prepared the estimate in the rain. Their estimate was very competitive and we would have probably chosen them for the work if not for a personal recommendation from a close friend on another company. I found J&G Fence by listening to WSGE Radio. I was very impressed with the response of getting back to me and being on time in scheduling. My yard was a bit of a challenge due to some obstacles and trees that we wanted to keep. The installers did an amazing job and were super nice and explained everything to us. They were respectful of property and got the job completed on schedule. I had been wanting a fence for years so that I could enjoy privacy and to block the view of a neighbor. Tim was awesome to work with and got my fence done very quickly despite them being overwhelmed by their current demand (understand why their in such demand!). Might want to get someone to answer your phone who is more interested in customer service and shows empathy! I called to ask questions about completing some fencing at a house we are purchasing, and the guy who answered could have cared less about my situation, or even try to ask questions about our situation to help us out. All I could get out of him was that they were 4-5 weeks out and if we needed anything before then, there was no need to even have a salesman come out. Nice.
