Unorganized will work you other then the position you are assigned and train to do just cause some body didn’t show up to work so they put that problem on you to do that person job which is not your fault because someone didn’t show up and no motivation at all to stay there .

Im a truck driver for one of their suppliers. The gentleman I deal with when I go is always super nice and prompt. The facility is clean and well organized.

It is a good place to work, and pays well for the gastonia area.

The employers are great to work with. But its hard getting on permanent. The management is okay. They seem to have egos. Like people who work temp. They appear to look down on them. Not all management. Put some of them.

I wasnt given a fair chance to do my job. I was harassed by one of the other employees there and when I complained to my manager it went to the HR Director and he discharged me. The investigation was not accurate and I could tell by the mannerisms of the HR Director I would not get a fair investigation.
