Easy going friendly service. Hobby lampworker, this the first place Ive been to for oxygen, no reason to go anywhere else. They never seem crowed and act quickly when arriving for an exchange. lol I should give a bad rating to keep the crowd away. Highly recommend Arc3!

Great place to get your welding gas, Im a hobbiest welder and I didnt have an account so they created one quickly. It was less that $40 for a refill on my 150 ci bottle I thought that was a great price.

Called to get prices on cylinder rentals and purchasing. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Told me he cant tell me any prices unless I have an account with them and signing up goes through corporate so that may take a long time. Ummm, do you even want to make sales? Sounds like you want to get off the phone as fast as possible to me. And how am I supposed to know if I even want to have an account with you if I dont know your prices. James Oxygen and AirGas both tell you their prices freely, I will be taking all my business there as a result of the treatment I got from Arc3. Poor poor customer service. I asked if I sign up for an account with them online or what and he said, THROUGH CORPORATE. Reeeeal helpful. And to top it off he hung up on me. How are you even in business with people like that working with your customers?
