Rude store manager… got to the store at 1058 she stated I will open in 2 minutes. Ok waited. Walk to my car she finally open the door without telling me as she sees me walking to car. As I entered store she didn’t greet me ask for owner info refused to give it to me . I would not buy nothing from this place. She should be fired

The employees were super nice and helpful. Me and my boyfriend went in here to look for some new exciting things to try out. I bought a garter belt and some stockings, which both of them together were like $60. The garter belt was absolutely trash. It broke the first day of me wearing it. The stockings claimed to be one size fits all, absolutely not. I have thick thighs and they ripped the first day of me wearing them. And I was lightly adjusting them. I hate that you cant return certain items like lingerie or stockings. Bought a garter belt off of Amazon and its already 100000% better.It was my first time going into a sex store and the ladies saw that I was embarrassed and shy. They totally made me feel better and was so helpful. Gets three stars because of the return policy on certain items.

Loved my time in the store! The girls are so helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, the place is clean and smells nice, and overall my experience was comfortable which is rare cause usually I feel judged in adult stores! I recommend going to this store for your kinky needs!! ;)

I feel really dirty and not in a good way when I walk in to this new location. Nothing sexy at all about this place. Concrete flooring, and only a few shelves with nothing really interesting and they didn’t have much so my wife left empty handed for the first time here. We don’t recommend this location at all.Very disappointing.

My experience at Adam & eve in gastonia was very enlightening. i learned a lot about the product i was buying in the small amount of time i was in there. the manager and her employee was super friendly. i appreciate there knowledge and i’ll be back for sure.

I was told by the manager that the plus size one size fits all lingerie would fit me and it did not. Ive shopped here for years and Im so upset that I got tricked. I called and asked for a refund and was told that there was nothing they could do. And when I asked for a corporate number I was told there isnt one and that she was the only one I could talk to which I know is not true. I will never shop here again. And I dont want a reply from the owner. I want to have a conversation.UPDATE: it has been almost three weeks and still noone has tried to communicate other then a reply on my review. Im expecting a real conversation. Not just a reply. A conversation

The two women working there were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately the broken heat really took away from my shopping experience. I dont want to be shivering while trying to shop, and its unfair to the sweet employees.

The manager and employees are super helpful. The manager went above and beyond with a discount after she found out we are from out of town and coming back to use coupon checks after checking out would be very difficult. My girlfriend and I Even found outfits for plus size ladies, that fit her wonderfully! We will be back if our travels allow it.

This store is by far my favorite place for all things bdsm, toys, lube, outfits, lingerie, etc!!!! It’s close to my home and is very convenient for anything I need on the spot! Sholnmarie has helped me multiple times! She’s friendly and came to me in a time when I needed help, but I was afraid to ask for it. I feel she sensed my hesitation and wanted to help in any way she could. She opened up to me and made me feel completely comfortable opening up to her and we made an incredible connection! Every person there is always more than willing to help, but they do what other stores don’t... instead of hounding you, they give you space and make themselves available to each person as an individual.They never make me feel ashamed or embarrassed of what I like or want! They encourage me to be who I am without shame! How many other “sex/adult stores” could you say that about? This store is one of a kind! Every staff member has made me feel welcome and has always been transparent and honest with me regarding return policies (which are all stated on your receipts and are also stated on the doors and in the store!) I highly recommend going here before anywhere else. They will treat you like a person, not just a sale! Sholnmane(the Store Manager) and Tomara were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and treated me as a friend as soon as I walked into the Gastonia store. These ladies helped my boyfriend and myself find a Valentines Day outfit,and spent so much time helping US find exactly what WE liked. I tried on many outfits and these ladies were so sweet and extremely patient with me as they both helped me to squeeze in my corset (unfortunately, my hand is broken, so it was kind of a different situation for them Im sure) but, we all laughed as they were helping me to find the sexiest lingerie for my Valentine. Ive never had that much fun shopping before,and the ladies were the reason why. They made me feel Beautiful, we had fun and talked as if we all knew one another. If you keep ladies like this in your store, your sales should SKYROCKET for 2019!!!! Thank you ladies for making our night memorable!!!!!

Adam and Eve is the most boring franchise Ive ever been too. In comparison, The Home Depot is a better sex store than Adam and Eve. At least they have some chains.

It is so cold in this store, it made it hard to really focus on shopping, honestly could not stay in the building for very long. I cant imagine how the employees manage to work in those conditions. I asked one of the girls if it was always that cold, and she told me their heat has been broken. Those poor things must be dying. I will not be returning anytime in the cold months. I may contact Action 9 News about this, those are unacceptable conditions to subject their employees to.

Very disappointed. They dont have panties protecters so you can actually try on the clothes. The staff said I could try on tops but it the top had a bottom, I had to leave the door open to make sure I didnt try on the bottoms.How disrespectful!!
