As a person who know nothing at all, i would ask for Kyle Jones. He is very knowledge about floor, roofing, insulation, etc. He is a jack of trade. I am completely satisfy of his recommendation and his work.Definitely come back.

I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING IF I COULD! Do not ever ever use them. We bought floors from them and when we bought them they were the wrong color completely. Returned them got the floor that was our color. About to install and the floors were not able to be installed because they would not be able to lay on our foundation properly. When we called them upset they dodged my husbands calls for 2 days. When I picked up (my number was not saved in their system) they picked up immediately. Then began lying and making excuses about everything they could. Then we tried to get a refund for all floors because we wanted to be done with them and they told us we would have it in 3 to 5 weeks (hint: thats another lie). Called the help center 4 weeks in and they couldnt find our check. We had to get a case file done and they said we would be contacted in 48 hours. Well that apparently means 4 days later to them! And only because we called again! Finally we got our check because of our persistence. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVER USE THEM! Its not worth the battle!

While we were aware of them in the news for toxic chemicals in laminate flooring, we purchased our American made hardwood from them and could not be happier. The hand scraped tobacco road is incredible. We also purchased Bostiitch glue for cementing the hardwood to our concrete subfloor. We over purchased glue - the return process was extremely easy and hassle free. The folks were extremely helpful and were extremely patient with us in our decision making. We did have ours professionally installed being a little worried putting the flooring down over cement.

Very rude people who also rip you off if you don’t know anything, they took advantage of my wife!!! Now I’m paying $5000 for an $800 floor!!! I filed A complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
