We are having trouble with our Air conditioning . We are supposedly covered under the home owners 1 year warranty well nothing is being done. No phone calls are being returned. Thinking of getting a lawyer. House was purchased with the piece of mind with this warranty. Well its turning into a nightmare.

The day we moved in there was something going on with the air. We never knew this because the air was never turned on when we would come look at the house. When we notified them we were told that it worked just a little error on the thermostat. On our paperwork from the inspection it was stated that everything was great and up to code including the air unit outside. Recently we have been having more major problems with our havc system including having no heat or air then we got it looked at and turns out the whole System is outdated, the Freon that’s supposed to go in it is outlawed, and there’s a leak in the inside coil so it is NOT up to code. We have to replace the entire hvac system out of our pockets which was supposed to “fixed” before the house was sold to us. So naturally we would be very furious with the outcome. Get your own inspector when buying a house you’ll get screwed if you don’t.
