Excellent service. I showed up first thing Saturday morning to get a new muffler on my truck. As soon as they opened up, they had my truck in the bay and started on it. The guy that did the work was great. He eyeballed it and started bending pipe and other than the end of it where it fit together, had it dead on. A true craftsman! I really appreciated how he got a second person to measure the tips and verify that they looked good. Im beyond pleased with the work! And my truck sounds amazing!!!

This very poor work was done on my 1965 pontiac gto that I have had for 30 years and restoring. when I saw underneath the car after having it home for one week (inside garage) I noticed water in the floor found it was condensation dripping from every weld where holes were left and had been covered with some sort of silver looking paint or caulk to hide the holes.Then I saw all the BAD bends in the pipe If i ever where to sell this collector car any buyer will look underneath for rust or holes etc. I would be made a laughing stock of the car world when they see these bends kinked cuts and caved in spots. They could not have done a worse job if thy tried. I took the car back and showed them these same pictures and said it needed to be corrected. their reply was that all 2 1/2 does this LIES. every person that I have showed these to said no way nobody else has pipes that look this bad. yet all they have done has been to braze over the BAD welds. Never take a collector car or for that matter any car that you want done right to THE MUFFLER BRAKE SHOP IN GASTONIA AND they charged me $579.00 even that was a hundred dollars higher than the other shops. I only choose them because they are close to my home.I have more pictures every bend every weld looks this bad and worse.

These Folks are the greatest !! They quoted a more than fair price, before starting work. They did not exaggerate the time on labor, unlike their competitors. They replaced only the items needed. They even beat the time quoted. Last but not least, they held our Chihuahua, and loved on her. They laughed, we laughed. Now how much better service can you get ???? Highly recommend,

I took my Audi here to get the brakes looked at, as the car would shake when I braked at 60 MPH or above. I refuse to go to the dealer for anything related to brakes as they always say replace everything. They were honest with me and recommended turning the Rotors. They didn’t have the correct socket to do the work due to the car being European but ordered the part and had it delivered. I appreciate their honesty and I highly recommend this place. My car no longer shakes when I brake anymore. Thanks

My truck was damaged by an employee and I was lied to by the employee. He said that it was an old dent when it was not. I have done business here since the 90s and have recommend this place to others for years. I am very disappointed with the fact that this employee tried to deceive me and I will not do business here again. The owner offered to pay for used parts to fix my truck but I think he should have had my truck fixed at a body shop. The employee backed into a tree and bent my bumper and my exhaust.

I have been going here every since I started driving my own car. And really before that with my brother. Would not go anywhere else even if it costs less money. Only place to go.

From the start walking into the establishment I was greeted very kindly and expertise that the mechanic showed was superb. I think I found my shop for all my muffler and brake needs!

I was on a trip with my daughter and the car broke down on Friday afternoon. They stayed late until I could get a rental car, fixed my car on Sat and I was able to pick it up and get home on Sunday. EXCELLENT SERVICE...NICE PEOPLE.
