One of their workers installed at home oxygen for my elderly mother. When asked if he was vaccinated he said no and that it isn’t required for them, and he wasn’t wearing a mask. This is wrong on a whole new level. How dare you go into peoples homes without being vaccinated or masked without any kind of heads up? People who need at home oxygen are at extreme risk to COVID and your employees should both be vaccinated and masked if they are interacting directly with those at risk. Shame on you.

If i could give them no starts I would . My husband was out of work cause of the covid & they took out over $500 at different times & put our account in the negative & a lot of overdraft fees . We got a bill in the mail & then the next day they would take it out of our account. When I qould call them I would be on hold for over a hour & them put back on hold . We returned his cpap machine cause we cant afford for this to keep happening . That was back in March & this is July & were still getting billed & they took out more money . I always give good reviews for companies but this is first bad review . I would not recommend this company for anything .

Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had the displeasure of going through. After 2 weeks of calling them almost daily to figure out where our daughters nebulizer was, they finally got around to telling me I could come pick it up at their office, if I wanted it delivered it would take several more days.When I got there it took almost half an hour for them to get me the right one. I could have ordered one from Amazon for less money and had it delivered the next day. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

I’ve had unsuccessful experience with other companies through my insurance, and, I can say my experience with Lincare (Sarah) and Tony was outstanding. Both very professional, follow up calls to me regarding my rollator walker, needing more information from my physician, in which Sarah and Lincare took care of everything. Tony calling me to inform me the date he would be delivering my equipment to me, putting my equipment together, explaining to me how to use it. I want to thank Sarah and Tony for all their help, instructions, follow up calls. I would highly recommend Lincare located in Gastonia NC.

I contacted them months ago after my old medical form stopped carrying thracostomy supplies, got one trach from them it was wrong one havent heard from them since had to purchase one online out of pocket cant afford to do that again and still need supplies and a trach I dont know what to do

If I could give less than one star and still give a review that is what they would get a ZERO. This is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with.They continuously lied would not call back gave bad information and this is in the Lenior and Gastonia locations. Would suggest running away from this company and in all actuality this place should be shut down

They were fast at bringing over the oxygen concentrator, and have been waiting over two weeks for them to pick this up, as I know longer need, per my dr, he did send a fax to the approparate parties and it has been sitting here unused for two weeks or more, every time I call they say it will be picked up, and the order is gone for the pick up, and still have the machine,,, so thats my story,,,
