As always, friendly staff and decent prices. Only 4 stars because they often dont have a huge selection, but then again they are a smaller store.

The helpful employees are the best part about this store. They always greet you upon arrival and help you find just what you need. They have cut my PVC pipe to a length that would fit in my car and helped me find exactly the right fitting, adhesive, or connector.

Amazing service, knowledge of what I purchased due to employee own purchase of the heater. I was in and out the store with my purchase in no time @ all. Thank you

I just moved here and this place reminds me of a store straight out of the Andy Griffith show. Super friendly and extremely helpful. The lady working the key section retrieved a battery for my key fob, replaced it, and ensured that it worked. I was also looking for bolts for a wall mount one day so I carried the TV into the store with me. The gentleman who assisted me stayed until I found the size that I needed, rather than just point at the aisle and walk away. This place is awesome!

Ace Hardware - nice store but they dont carry fishing supplies that I was looking for.

Great local hardware in Gatesville.....only a fake Ace Hardware......well sort of.

Theyre a Stihl dealer in name only. Incorrect diagnosis of a problem and no mechanic on staff presently. Went to a qualified Stihl deal in the next town and he found the issues in two minutes and had he smiling and out the door. Dont buy Stihl tools from these people.
