Ordering from kitchen line is definitely harder than expected. Improper training of cook staff. Response was we dont ever look at the sign. Its the menu sign I was ordering from. 2nd time ordering here. First time same issue. Waited tables for 15 years. Menu? Common sense. Prolly be another year b4 I order again.

Never can get lottery in the mornings because theyre waiting on a manager to count things. Every.morning. Cashiers are generally very pleasent however!

Posted price on fountain machine is .79 for a refill up to 44 ounce and 1.39 for a refill 45 ounce and up. I was recently charged 1.89 for a refill because of the size cup I was using. I could see their point if I had a large water cooler but not one of their own 64 ounce cups.

Food is great, staff is great, store is always clean. Clean bathrooms. Has E-85 gas.

I like some of employees but that young night clerk is rude as hell good Lord We have long days too or hard days not to this ignorance I think her name is Jessica dad use to like this store!

Trying to stand in line how long does it have to be before another cashier stops what they are doing to help check customers out, customer service is worse than walmart but everything else is really good

I drive truck for a living and hit all Laredo taco establishments. I just visited Gatesville location and can honestly say this place sucks. Lady used old chicken fajita, chicken cold, dried out and hard. Used old hard wrap not warmed like you get at other stores. I will never go there again, I will go to taco bell instead.

Very rude clerk here. Apparently asking simple questions is a problem to this guy.
