The florist is so nice and patient. Always my go to for flowers

Every arrangement Ive received from Graves has always been well put together, the flowers fresh, and the delivery people have always been so kind and courteous, even going out of their way to deliver outside of business hours because I work out of town. I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.

So many beautiful things in the shop! My Gathering Table and mudroom bench are two of my most favorite pieces in my home...well crafted, beautiful, and built to last a lifetime. And the flowers my husband has ordered for me have been the most beautiful I have ever received. Great people and great service!

I ordered a nice plant in a basket 2 weeks ago gor my mother-in-laws funeral. I let them know it would be graveside service in about 2 weeks. They said no problem. WELL there was a big problem. They delivered it to my sister-in-laws house a week before the funeral. Not bothering to call me. I dont know who delivered them to graveside but they looked like 2 weeks old. Totally falling apart. Yes this is dear old Gatesville.

My dad needed me to get 2 dozen red roses for my mom, but unfortunately they were all out. The ladies working there were fantastic though and helped me find a better arrangement (my mom really loved them by the way!). They were very friendly and the flowers were beautiful and colorful. I even got helped to my car! Ill definitely always come back.

Very disappointed in the arrangement sent from Graves Florist through Teleflora to my daughter on her 40th birthday. Arrangement was small and cheap looking. The flowers died within a few days.

Nothing like what is pictured. There were far less flowers than advertised and some were not even included. Will never use again and would avoid at all costs. Ordering online and having flowers shipped in a box would be far better. Ridiculous.

Every time I have ordered flowers from them, they have never been correct. Nothing like what is pictured. Some flowers are dead and horribly arranged. Super pricey for the quality of what you get, you are paying more for the vase than the flowers.

Entered store after a couple. Woman helped them first which was ok because they were first. Woman took their order. There was no way she didnt see me I was standing behind them. At one point I started to walk around and my shoes were squeaking on hardwood floor. After finishing with the couple, woman headed to the back without a word to me. After 5 minutes, another man walked into store. We waited another 5 minutes. I then rang the counterbell. No response. Waited another 2 minutes. Nothing. Finally I called out can we get some help here. Woman came out and asked Did you need to pick up something? I said Yes. I have been waiting long enough. She said the bell doesnt work I looked at the man behind me and I said I just rang it. She said Well we dont sometimes hear it back here. I said What does that matter you saw me standing here earlier. She said I didnt see you. I said I was standing behind the couple ordering the corsage. She said Nope. Didnt see you. I told her Forget my order. and stormed out.
