My first time going there was about a week ago. Super, super clean, the man behind the counter did not bother me (which is exactly how I like it) and he was super friendly. They got the good stuff too at good prices. They carry Hendricks if anyone is wondering! :) My new go-to.

Didnt go to Hill Top Liquor. Went to Hairitage Salon, in same area as liquor store. The salon is wonderful.
They have a great selection of so many different wines, whiskeys, and spirits. They are always friendly and very helpful and the prices are great.
Favorite liquor store on earth, go there everyday, friendly people that treat you like family. 10/10

There was a line inside. The people were quick and helpful so you didnt wait more than minutes. All I needed was a sample size bottle of tequila for a recipe. They usually have bins with samples in them. They broke open a set to give me what I needed. I didnt have to pay for more than I needed. They have always been polite and helpful. Carry more selections than I expected.

I’m SO DISAPPOINTED in my last experience here! I have been a patron with this family since they were in the smaller liquor store across the street. This evening I was asked to take off my mask in order for the young lady to see my face. Even though we’re in the middle of a pandemic, even though it’s a REQUIREMENT to even come inside the store. Why make a mask mandatory if you require customers to take it off “so you can make sure it’s really me.” I assure you I’m much older than the little girl checking my ID. I’m not about to go to a liquor store where I can’t buy liquor. She kept her mask on but you want me to jeopardize my health?! Never again will I step foot in that establishment!!!
They serve my customers fast. I pull up as a taxi and dont even have to turn off my car. Fast.

Only place I go for liquor in gatesville. Of course its the ONLY place to buy it without going to the bar, but at least theyre real friendly

The family who owns and runs the store is always friendly and welcoming. Theyre great at remembering the sort of thing you look for and suggesting similar items, letting you know when they have the same product in the cooler, and even ordering in new items you request. By far my favorite.

Have a nice selection of beverages. Prices are a about the same as across the street. Employees will help find anything that your looking for. They usually have gift packs and have the little mini bag at bottles marked down. Parking lot in front can be tricky when busy, can be a tight fit.
