Darrell and his team are always helpful! I came over today with my new car to price out a stereo system, having a number in my head.. he was very reasonable, and even set up my current system to sound better and gave me some great ideas to satisfy in the meantime. Yall cant go wrong with these guys.. seriously! They provide several services and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them!

I called last week to inquire about window tinting, and to schedule an appointment. I was told, “I’ll do whatever you want done to it for $145”. My appointment was set for today at 2pm. I spoke with an employee in person this morning pertaining to what I wanted done, and asked if my car could be picked up from my job. I told him I wanted my windshield tinted, and he said it would be an additional $125. (Not what I was told on the phone, but ok.) He also said he would be able to pick my car up. At 2:30pm I noticed my car was still here. I called and the same guy explained to me that someone called in, that he was short handed, and that he would not be able to honor my appointment today. He said he would get it done sometime tomorrow. My question is, why did I have to call 30 minutes after my appointment to find that out? Had I not called, would I have ever been told anything? Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere, even though I was recommended to this business by its loyal customers.

I will start by saying that Darrel does good work, so my wife and I became repeat customers. He put tint on my windows, did my spray on bed liner, and installed a bed cover, window tint, and a swing case on my wifes truck (see comment below). However, I paid up front for a bed cover which could have been ordered from multiple sites online that guaranteed delivery in 4 days. 26 days later, there was no bed cover to be had. I asked to cancel my order so I could order it myself and I was told he did not have the money to give back to me. I have been back 2 times in the last 10 days, and he still does not have the money. The last visit consisted of him cussing me out for not being able to compete with online sites, the same ones he couldve ordered it himself from. I now have to resort to legal action just to get my money back. It should not have been this hard. I could make speculations about him using my money to fund another project in his shop and didnt have the money to order my cover and had to continuously give excuses why the cover had not arrived yet, but I wont.When talking about it with a friend of mine, the same thing happened to them here with a leveling kit, so this was not a first time for him.

Great service at a great price. Highly recommend to everyone I know if they are looking for accessories. Get lots of compliments on my truck bed cover and tool box.

I went to get my windows tinted because I bought my truck in NY. NY doesnt allow tinted windows so, I got a great deal and was in and out in a half hour. The tint is guaranteed for the life of the truck and it was a great job!!
