Very friendly staff, specifically the store manager. Ive been there numerous times and shes always friendly and helpful. The staff offers help and tells you about the current deals and they dont hound you or follow you around. The only reason Im giving four stars instead of five its because recently their corporate office had them remove the body spray sample bottles and cards. It is difficult to shop now. Rather than spray a scent on a card, we were instructed to open a body gel and smell it. I found myself going back and forth opening bottles and who knows how many hands touched how many bottles. At least when its one tester you can assume most folks used that. Which would decrease the spread of infection. How many folks bumped their nose on the bottles trying to get a good smell? The testers and cards helped when comparing and smelling scents. Not being able to do this completely changed my shopping experience. Extremely disappointing.

Lashonda is the best! She was by far the most friendly employee and was super helpful. She was even dancing with us in the store and having a good time! (Appropriately of course) She helped my friend and I pick out the perfect candles and even got us more from the back to try while the store was super busy! I appreciate the hustle and hard work Lashonda!

This is definitely one of the most well stocked locations ! Also very tidy and well kept.

Clean store, nice staff

Lots of employees in the store. The store isnt very big though so that doesnt leave much room for customers to not be close together. Most of the staff was great. The coupons they sent me, reason I went in, were amazing.

I was in there today and was so happy with the customer service! I think her name was La Shonta (but dont quote me on that) and she was absolutely delightful, was so helpful and the sweetest with my friends toddler.I really love when I go into stores with employees that are just a joy to be around and she was!

I went in and planned on purchasing a few items but noticed that one of the items was cheaper online. Same product same usbn number. I asked them to honor the price advertised on their website. They refused to do so. That is bad for business. They need to honor the companies advertisements. They lost a lot of money today because I didnt end up purchasing any of the other stuff I had planned simply because the company is not honoring the prices they put out.Also my bad review just cost you from going from a 4.8 to a 4.5 rating. Significant portion just for one person and one review. Start honoring your prices and maybe you would have some customers and could grow in business.

I am a little disappointed in this store due to an experience my daughter just had with an even exchange. I got her a large candle for Christmas and she just wanted to exchange it for a different scent. Thats it. Not a big deal...AND I even sent her into the store with the reciept. They wouldnt exchange it for her without her ID. She doesnt have a drivers license yet and doesnt usually carry her school ID, but my point is, it was just to EXCHANGE it for a different scent. REALLY??? She had the receipt with her too. I think we are getting a little bit ridiculous about being able to just do an exchange. NOT HAPPY with you guys. I have always had such a good experience with your store and sad to say this kind of put a damper on that. :(
