Awesome place, they have everything you need to decorate the inside of your house and the outside of your house. The prices are also low and they have tons of cool stuff. Prices on batroon things such as shower curtains and shower curtains bars are really low.

Some great home goods and knick knacks here. A little disappointed that all the spring outdoor items are not fully stocked yet. Pricing can vary wildly so check the web for a few weeks after you identify items to purchase and watch for discounts and closeouts.

I couldnt be happier with my purchases! I found everything I was looking for! Some items were even on clearance. Pricing is very competitive if not better than similar retailers. Ive updated my kitchen & front room all At Home😁

If you have an issue, DO NOT go to the manager. She doesnt care. Also, I have emailed for over a month to get a call from the DM. Still not call. I will continue emailing & documenting.

This place is huge. So many variations of one item to choose from. There was no one to help on the floor with questions.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I had never heard of the store before and thought I would pop in to see what it was I can start by telling you its hard to shop because there is absolutely no organization I could have dealt with that I was just wasting an afternoon off but the part that hurt me the most was seeing how two of the staff possibly managers treated their employees well their employees were busy working they were constantly being harassed and these two employees would go back into a corner or end of an aisle and badmouth their hard-working staff it was so sad to see how degrading they were I really wish those young girls and guys the best the store is definitely not on my list to stop by againI did not end up purchasing anything even though they have a lot of clearance items and halfway decent prices it was just impossible posted as a picture of their basket Decor aisle how do you shop this

I will never shop at this store again. I found someone to pick up a sofa for me and bring it to my house. Once inside, I found out a leg is missing. I promptly called the store to ask if I could pick up the part I needed and they told me my only option is to bring the entire sofa back and return it. Its a global pandemic and the only option available is to find someone to come into my house and pick up a sofa and bring it back to the store?! It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I just spent $600 in your store and you cant give me one small part that is missing? The store manager is the most disrespectful, unhelpful person I have ever spoken to. She was laughing while talking to me about this on the phone. I cant believe she is trusted to manage a store.

This is a new shopping place for me. Im starting to fall in love with it already. The sales associates are quite kind and nice. Of course, Ill be back with my shopping buddies soon.

Needs Better Management!My husband and I were there on a Saturday afternoon looking to replace a rug. They do have a good selection of Rugs, and Conner in that department was VERY helpful. He gets 5 stars! If not for that this would be a one star rating.We go to check out, with one item, there were 2 people in front of us and one person checking out that was obviously furnishing a whole house. There was only one checker. We waited in line 17 minutes. One elderly lady in a wheelchair, right in front of us, also with only one item, got fed up and left.When it takes 15-20 minutes to check out one person, and there is only one checker, they should call up another. I dont blame this on the checker.. this is a management thing.. One would think they might plan to have more on a Saturday afternoon?

So, this store rocks. I can spend hours in here. But.... COVID-19 happened. I had a curb-side pick up all ready to go, but realized at check out I couldnt use my birthday gift cards to do curb-side. 😪 It honestly may have been an error on my part, in which case you guys get a 5 because I love your stuff (and correct me if Im wrong, and I will correct my review!) I had $200+ saved in a cart all ready to go but had to go in and find it for myself with screenshots. I dont care about finding it myself, Im not that lazy, but by the time I got to the store (albeit 2 days later) a lot of the stuff I was planning on buying was out of stock 😔

They only get a 2 due to their Lake in the Hills Illinois store otherwise thanks to their Geneva Illinois store they dont rate a 1. I called Geneva looking for an item to match what I bought at the Lake in the Hills store. I called because I live 20 miles away. After being told they wouldnt even check to see if they had what I wanted, I finally got them to check their system and was told there were 4 at their store. 2 hours and 20 miles later, when I got to the store, they had no idea where the 4 items were. Great system they have. Their employees were not interested in even looking for what I wanted. I worked retail many years and can understand not being able to find 1 item, but when your system says there are 4 but you cant find any it doesnt say much for the people working there.

Great place for indoor and outdoor decorations! They are stocking shelves for fall and Halloween. Always a successful shopping trip!

As far as cheesy and poor quality home decor items go, this is the place to get them. You may think that the wide selection would overwhelm some people but it is actually nice to be able to see the items in person to consider all of their attributes before purchasing them. A critical shopper may turn an eye to some of these items due to the price but if you like to overpay for the quality that you get, youre set.

What the origin confusing place but I did manage to get a nice little I dont want to say nautical maybe old fashioned looking candle holder with a nice little handle I dont know not very good at describing things anymore I do wish theyd have some more organized sorting and more than one cashier at its open at a time it seems like it was just a bunch of people wandering around looking for things and they didnt even realize how to get to it and it seems like the store was relatively new and just starting I was trying to run itself on a major wide-scale operation they didnt bother to do with the floors which kind of annoyed me but she know thats just a personal preference in any case Ill be putting a picture of what I bought as well keep in mind to the candle is part of the purchase

This place has quickly become one of mine and my wifes favorite stores. Just found some area rugs there that we absolutely love. Their holiday decorations are high quality above and beyond any other store, in particular big box hardware stores.

This store is so much fun! I had never been in an At Home until this time. They will have pretty much anything you need to furnish a room or your home.Prices are reasonable for most of the smaller products and the variety is really extensive.Furniture pieces and larger goods vary in styles but seemed fairly generic.The wall art section was massive and ranges from stuff to put into a man cave or religious themed items.I ended up buying some fun impulse buys from the cash wrap area and went back to buy Halloween decorations. Their Christmas section was massive!

Great store for home accessories. It can definitely be a little overwhelming if you dont have a game plan as the store is gigantic. Only downside was there were literally only two employees for a store the size of a Walmart and thats obviously a little ridiculous but I guess employees have been calling in a lot which also happened a couple days later when we went back as it there were only two employees again for this whole store. Sound like they definitely need to do a better job with their hiring process since people keep calling in and just not showing up.

At Home is like Home Goods but on steroids. Its literally a home goods warehouse. My wife could live there. Good seasonal options and the most stool options you could ever want. Worth a trip to check it out but prepare for a 3 hour tour. Also, much cleaner and more organized then the one on IL-59 but likely because it is new. Hopefully it stays that way!

At Home is a nice store. Prices are a little high for what you get. I feel like I can get better quality items but at better prices from other stores. Not my favorite but not bad either.

Great new store with everything you expect from At Home only now conveniently located for me! Plenty of home furnishings, massive amounts of indoor accents and accessories. I shop for lawn decor and outdoor furnishings. Always a large and diverse selection of holiday decorations. Very pleasant and efficientt staff at the checkout. Parking is ample, although a little bumpy in some places. Highly recommended.

Very nice store. Furniture was gorgeous, a little pricey but cute. Only criticisms are that the canvas paintings and decor werent all hung up and took a long time to flip through, and that aisles with the small end tables and such were difficult to navigate.

This was my FIRST visit to the store. Incredible amount of products. Had A GREAT SALE this weekend and we got some true bargains. Make SURE U have PLENTY of time to shop !

Huge store with lots of stuff from seasonal decorations to dish ware to decent furniture to rugs to kitchen utensils etc etc etc. Very good prices and frequent sales. Sometimes its difficult to find an associate to assist but when you do, they typically are knowledgeable.

Prices are low but the quality of the items are great. The staff is extremely pleasant and they have great customer service. Thank you Brianna and Sarah (spelling?) for working with us on our table purchase. Will definitely be shoppin here more.

Very disappointing went to Geneva location looking for sheer curtains after the website inventory showed 4 available, there were none. Next went to lake in the hills after inventory showed there were 7 available. Again there were none on the selling floor. No associates available to ask. Very disappointing shopping experience. They need to update their inventory systems as well as have better customer service!

Large store, but speaking only for the patio furniture I looked at, prices were high relative to the quality. No name brands, as this is all just independently sourced direct-to-store. Some seemed like a good value while others seemed too expensive. Without reviews available on this direct sourced furniture, there is no assurance that it will last many seasons. For $500, Id expect at least a decade, but not worth the gamble. Ill have to look more I to their return/warranty policy.

At Home is Home Goods meets IKEA. If you have this understanding prior to your visit, you will be pleased with your experience! Affordable prices and a lot of inventory. While I cant speak to the quality of the furniture, it definitely offers knickknacks to meet all your accessorizing needs.

Loved this place when it was Garden Ridge and even more now as At Home. Ive never walked into one of these stores and not found a perfect decorator something to complete a space. The problem is I usually find too many. :-)

My wife and I went here to find a lamp with a USB plug and some other things but walked out with nothing because it seems pricey They do have a lot of cool things though.

Once inside the store, it feels like a cross between Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, and Amazon’s new furniture brand (Rivet). Definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for outdoor furniture.

This location was a disastrous mess. Everything is everywhere and many items are getting damaged. Look carefully before you buy!

The store is clean. The location is great. And the selection is large. However, this location is very understaffed. There were over 20 people in line and only two cashiers. And they had no one they could call up (we asked). I watched a lot of customers set stuff down and walk out because of the wait. The manager was one of the cashiers and spent a good 15+ minutes checking out a single customer.The prices are not as good as they used to be when the stores were known as garden ridge.

There are great items in this store, if you’re willing to search for them. Be aware there are damaged items mixed in on the shelf, inspect everything!!Also, expect to spend an hour in there. Its a little overwhelming.

The selection of items are great. I did think some of the prices were a bit high, compared to stores that sell similar items. I couldnt walk down the two isles with baskets and storage bins becasue the entire isles had items all over. I couldnt get a cart through it. I also didnt see any workers on the sales floor. Which was fine with me because I didnt need help. However, I can see how that could be frustrating for someone who did need help. I would come back if I had a specific item in mind.

This may be the best home goods store Ive ever visited. They have everything and I mean everything. They even have the utter gall to have geat prices, smh. From home decor to backyard pieces, from kitchenware to man cave must, you will find it all. The first time we visited, I went in looking for backyard chairs and left spending 400 bucks. I almost needed u-haul for my purchases. Make this an afternoon trip because there is plenty to see.
