I did have to hunt a sales associate down but after I snagged someone she was able to take care of ordering my chandelier quickly.Management may want to consider assigning one associate to consistently work the front so that guests are always greeted.

I had a very bad experience at this location. Being a Muslim it felt like a racist act from whoever was at the front office. They kept asking me what I am looking for and when I said nothing specific just looking around and killing some time. One of the person said to me “well this is not a place for you to be killing time”. Omg!! Seriously!! Are you telling me to leave?? I didn’t say anything but just left. Although I wish I had asked her name before leaving. I am going to write to the customer service about their behavior. So rude!!

We got a really awkward vibe here. There were probably four or five staff working when we came on a slow afternoon. Not a single person greeted us or offered any assistance. The staff followed my mom and I around the store in silence. It was super uncomfortable, Ill be shopping elsewhere to decorate my first house. I chose not to purchase the two sets of sheets and two coverlets that I came for

The worst service ever. Do not shop here. I was waiting very patiently for the clerk to check in for her shift. Another clerk started to cash me out and then said “oh wait for her to come back” and then when the first clerk did return she checked out someone else. She said she looked for me which I had just spoken with her on her way back to the desk.

Drove an hour to shop for a leather couch. They didnt have it on the sales floor. When asked, the employee told me I could go to Oak Brook, another hour east. Hogwash!!
