Dave at the Geneva branch (and Chris out in Cuse) were amazingly patient with a head brewer that is quite obviously learning as he goes. He took the time out to explain things thoroughly and without judgment, then drew out an in depth solution that will better serve us going forward. I cant thank him enough. Great people.
