Amazing store. Good variety of crystals/stones. Fair prices. After buying many crystals via Amazon i searched for a store where i could hand select my own to feel more connected to them. I love the setup and how every stone has its purpose on the display. The crystal guide brochure was sooooo helpful and even offered some zodiac based combinations. Convenient location with many other local stores and restaurants to peruse. Street parking was easy to find. Very pleased with my purchase. I do recommend you take pictures of the stones you pick with their display to help you with identifying them later if you’re a beginner like me.

A wonderful spot in downtown Geneva. The staff were friendly and I liked the variety of their merchandise as well as the layout of the store. They provided a gift box with the items. I wish theyd told me they left the price tags on though because I gave one gift with the tag attached to the back.

All the staff here are helpful, nice, and incredibly intuitive. The products are high quality, beautiful crystals, and theres such a wide variety for a small store. If youre looking for crystals in the tri-city area this is definitely the place to go! I could spend hours in here. This was my second time here but i love to see that the crystals were nice and cheap and the employees helped and told us what crystals the unlabeled animal charms were! Just one concern is not a lot of the other customers wore masks. Other than that its perfect!

Great store! A lot of selection at least from my first experience going there. Everything is labeled to help you and explain what each item is for/can help with. There is a sign up sheet outside as there is a limit to how many customers can go in. Understandable considering how everything inside on display can be damaged quickly. Everyone is very nice!

Beautiful store with the most overpriced crystals and gems Ive seen in all of Chicagoland. I had to walk out of the store once I saw the hand drums that were almost marked up insane prices. The SAME hand drums, and even better quality ones are available on Amazon for $50-100. Crystal Tech charges over $200 for them. Their prayer beads are beyond insanely priced. Save yourself some money and go to the store in Lombard or order them online. Shame on this store for taking advantage of people who dont know any better and can get the same materials for FAR LESS! Oh, and stop using Wiccan as a keyword search term. You have NOTHING related to any spiritual movement besides crystals and even then the overpriced selection is limited.

Loved this store!! Rock grab barrell is my favorite. Some larger peices in there I dream of owning someday. Please stop by here if you get a chance! I drive 45 mins to get here from DeK and its worth it, especially if you grab dinner downtown afterward.

I come here with friends, boyfriend and even my grandparents, so my whole family and have gotten them all into crystals! such a great place to go if you are new to crystals. I appreciate that they have papers that explain the healing properties of crystals. They constantly have sales! Not sure why some people have had a bad experience, maybe covid guidelines are what is making people feel upset about the 30 minute shopping time. I think this is a good amount of time to look around as its a small shop. Anyways love this place, workers are very down to earth and will help right away. I ordered a pendant online and not only did I get my package super fast but it was exactly how it looked online. And they write thank you notes on the recipe in pen and I thought that was sweet. Would definitely shop again.

Drove a distance to find some stones, Crystals. After going to a place in Evergreen CO, was excited to find some stones and that closer to home. I might as well have been invisible. No help, was empty when I first got there. Others came in they were welcomed and asked if needed help. Prices high for very small stones.

Crystal Life Technology is my go-to store for crystals. The people there are very knowledgeable. The selection is great and they get the product out to you almost immediately. I entered this store with my boyfriend (who is not white) and we were immediately watched and followed around the entire store. The atmosphere felt off from the moment I walked in, but this made us both considerably more uncomfortable. At first I thought maybe I was just being paranoid and he hadn’t noticed the way we were being watched, until he told me after how badly he wanted to leave. I felt awful and wish he would’ve told me sooner. On top of that, as soon as we entered the store we were pretty rudely told that there is a 30 minute shopping limit due to covid. I understand this, though I’m not sure why they chose to instate this instead of just limiting the number of customers. It made me feel very unwelcome and rushed. I wouldn’t recommend this shops They clearly have some staffing issues, energy imbalances, and their business is rooted poorly.

I live to far away to visit the store, however I love your site. You answer any questions I have promptly, I know that you are paying attention to me and my concerns. I also appreciate that you dont charge shipping for each individual item in my order as other sites do ( even though they ship my order in one package ).

Spent 2 hours going through the store. So much to see and very hard to decide what I wanted. In the end, I got my stones for protection grid, as Im an energy worker in the health field. Also numerous varied pieces of stones and crystals for wearing and for grid work. Great place. Only downfall, is younger kids coming in and being loud or ringing the Tibetan ringing bowls. I was already picking up all the energy from the stones, someone ringing the bowls added to my anxiety. Which shouldnt of happened...is the store smudged EVERY night?

I don’t know a lot about these things, but I received very good help from the patient lady running the place.If you’re looking for a unique gift for your favorite crystal loving friend, there’s a darn good chance you’ll find something perfect here.To my thinking, the prices were higher than I expected, but like I said, I know very little about this stuff and the prices might be normally this high in other stores too.Come in with an open mind and a fat wallet and don’t hesitate to ask questions- you’ll most likely walk out with a smile and a story along with your new crystal find.

Awesome store with so many unique items. I can get consumed just walking around in here. The prices are on the high end.

Although there was a decent selection of items sold here. The the staff was very rude, followed me around the store in every direction i moved. The gentleman did not break eye contact while i was trying to shop and made me feel as if i was being watched for theft. As a colored woman with Native roots to the land, i felt i was being racially profiled and i am disgusted of this behavior. When it came time for me to purchase my item(s) he did not want to ring me up, and instead circled me looking to see if i had anything in my stroller making it a point to bend over to look at the bottom of the stroller (i had my 6 month old son with me) and called in another employee to complete my purchase. I will not be returning to this store and would give ZERO stars if i could.

Im delighted with my purchase of quartz crystals. The purchase came with information sheets for clearing the crystals which I did upon receipt. I chose to place them in the moonlight during the Pisces Full Moon; Pisces representing the culmination of the entire Zodiac.I keep the Tibetan quartz crystal in my meditation room next to the incense and magnetize it in my palm during my daily meditation which typically follows the teaching of the Tibetan. The globe quartz crystal is placed on my open Spiritual Diary each night for magnetizing by my higher self as I pose questions & receive dreams, vrittis etc.Crystal Life generously included a polished rose quartz crystal as a gift. A charming little crystal shop, in the lovely downtown shopping area. I really enjoyed browsing their selection. They have small tumbled stones and unique carved items and some large beautiful clusters. I came in looking for some quartz, amethyst and selenite for better dreams and sleep. I found lovely stones for my purpose. I also walked out with a large chunk of smoky rose quartz that was calling my name. Didnt need it but it was speaking to me lol. I would definitely visit again.

Cute shop, small but great selection of crystals stones, rocks and jewelry. Friendly staff, following social distancing guidelines only allowing 6 people in the shop at a time.

I would give five stars but unfortunately several items I wanted they did not have. The gentleman working there did take the time and check the back for me but they were out of several items I came in to buy. I ended up not buying anything this trip but my daughter did buy a gem she was looking for this day. The place is small and the day we were there is was very crowded, a Saturday afternoon, so if you dont like crowds probably go on a week day. The staff was very nice, greeting us when we came in, answered our questions and went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for on this visit.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive purchased gifts for clients, family (and self) and I enjoy learning about the stones. Its more than just a retail store - it is a gallery, too. Atalas nature spirit photographs are inspiring.

Crystal Lifes store in Geneva is so calming and tranquil that I’d swear that it wasn’t a retail space at all - felt more like a trip to the woods! Plus the woman that was on staff (I forget her name) had a wonderful balance to being helpful and letting me absorb all the beautiful pieces that they have collected. They have a warm, inviting, awe-inspiring space that I need to get back to soon! I was able to find some great gemstone pieces for my wife (which I later made into Lapis Lazuli earrings)-Highly recommended.

Id like to try and stop there when I do it will just be for the sage. I bought a tiger eye amulet to put on a chain for my son. I happen to drop it in my basin in the bathroom while looking it and it chipped on one corner I looked closer and it was some other material not tigers eye at all. Looked as if it was just layover. If it was even tigers eye to begin with. I felt very dooped and was astonished that purchasing something from what was supposed to be more of spiritual store was actually more of a fraud. Oh and the staff depending upon whos there can be very snotty.

Very expensive, not very warm or welcoming, more of a business like atmosphere. I walked around for a bit, I wasnt really sure who worked there, until, there was a spider on the door.I didnt think it was big deal, but that was the biggest concern when I was in there, killing this spider. So much for life and balance.

Good variety, however, VERY overpriced, I mean VERY! I am a collector/healer and know the market. Im sad that more people cant experience them for their true intentions because of these prices. Also, I felt NO energy in this store. It was cold and uninspired. I wont be back. I hope someone has a better experience than I did.

After calling to make sure the store was open and driving 30 minutes specifically to go to this store, I arrived having to use the restroom. Knowing I was goung to be there for quite some time, I asked to use the restroom first. The saleswoman told me a few nearby businesses where I could use the restroom. I didnt plan to buy anything at these places, so why would I use their bathroom. I left the store and didnt return. They looked like they had a lot of nice things, but I couldnt really tell you much since I had to leave to find a bathroom somewhere else. I left and went to another place that I have purchased crystals before. I wont bother returning to this store. Unfortunate.
