Absolute racket, and I was blatantly lied to.My A/C went out, I am licensed to handle refrigerant, have all necessary equipment, and I was told due to insurance requirements they wouldnt sell to me. This is hilarious. No one can be held liable for a product sold, particularly not a distributor. What they really mean is that this is a racket, and their partners in this racket would lose money if I repair my own property. They would much rather my family suffer until my new compressor comes in. The feeling, random Insco employee, is mutual, I assure you.I ordered what I needed before I left their parking lot, since they hate money. Thanks for letting me use your parking lot to pay someone else, Insco.If you need to repair your own property, love freedom, hate communists, and dont want to deal with people who relish in your suffering, take your money (which they hate) to someone else!

Grainger wanted $3.63 Insco wanted almost $9 I said what about Free Enterprise & the spirit of competition. I told him I said Im from Texas and when you rob me I expect to see a gun, have you got a gun. Got home looked at my receipt it said final sale I cant even return it. Now heres the topper I called & told them what I wanted after a long wait they came back to the phone and said no we dont. I went to their website and low and behold there it was, so I called them back. I gave them three stars now that I think about it I want one back.

Great place, minus the parking lot....employees are the best, but you almost get stuck trying to pull in, they should fix this.
