Very friendly staff and great place to get some good tea. They know how to make the perfect drink to brighten someones day after a hard day at work. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to just de-stress

First time having Kungfu Tea. Great experience. Had the smores drink with no pearls. Should of tried it but I wussed out. Definitely going again when Im in the area

I usually have no issues when ordering for mobile pick up except for today.I waited for about 20 mins at the pick up area with no one asking me what I was waiting for while other in-store orders were served. An employee even asked someone waiting near me what they were waiting for even though Ive been there longer. In the end I went to the cashier to ask about my order to find out something was unavailable from my order...The drinks were fine, but the service was less than optimal.

I just had the worst visit here. The service was fine but while I was waiting for my drink, I heard the workers talk about a rat in the back. I was instantly grossed out. The workers were talking to each other and how theyd only seen one so far but there might be more. Disgusting. Once I got my drink I wasnt even sure if I wanted to drink it. It is extremely unhygienic for a place like this to have rats. Will not be visiting here again and I would warn others not to either.

I often come here since the service is fast. Sometimes, the pearl is a bit hard, and the milk cap is too thick or salty aftertaste. Just from feeling Idk if this is true. Whenever I see a girl with short hair and a guy with a black hat work together, the pearl is always fresh, and the milk cap is delicious. 5 stars anyway since the people here are incredibly nice, and many drinks are delicious and refreshing.

There are def better tea houses in moco but its good enough to satisfy your high fructose corn syrup cravings.

Absolutely delicious! I got it as a delivery and it was cold, fast delivery, and super tasty. I liked the options for adjusting your sweetness and the overall variety of flavors and items is really quite impressive. I even got a little boba keychain and it’s adorable. I haven’t stopped in person yet but I highly recommend this place for a tasty drink. They have dairy free options as well, for those of us who are lactose intolerant.

I usually come here every Friday or Saturday but this Saturday it was actually pretty annoying. I ordered four drinks and one of them did not have any jelly. Of course I find this out when I’m already home so I have to drive back and tell them my drink did not have jelly. They just took the top off and dropped some jelly in and resealed it . I was expecting another drink made since they had ice in it and now I have a watered down drink with jelly in it.... Great. While I was waiting for them to fix the ordered they messed up, I ordered another drink and asked for “no ice”. Guess what? I drove all the way home and found out that my drink had ice in it, Great. Instead of wasting any more of my time, gas, and money I just decided to leave this one star review. I always leave a 20% tip every time but from this great service I gave a nice 0% I am just disappointed in the service.

I always look forward when i arrive here - the oreo slush is an absolute delight. every. single. time! and, not to mention, they make the drinks really quickly, too. when i go here were always out in less than 5 minutes. No, really! this is THE place for anyone who needs bubble tea as fast as the flash! ⚡️

I love how this place is always fast with orders! Best thing to do is order online so that by the time you get there, your drinks are ready. They are fast and and they have great seasonal drinks. The reason why I give them a 4 out of 5 is because of the boba bubbles they put in the drinks. Half of the time its fresh and the other half they are harder. So its always a challenge with them to see if Ill have fresh or fresh bubbles. Other than that, great place.

Kinda overrated. They were out of thai tea so I got taro instead, it didn’t taste like taro at all. Their slushes are my favorite drink to order.

I ordered a Thai milk tea and a Taro milk tea. My Thai milk tea tasted almost like a regular milk tea and the Taro was too sweet. Very disappointed :(

Nice location with super friendly staff that doesn’t tend to get too busy (from what I’ve seen during late night weekends). They have three 2-3 person couches and some tables with the typical card games found at Kung Fu Tea. The only downside to this place is that it seems like they prefer to keep the A/C off.

The place is on average very clean and staff is always super busy. They are as nice and friendly as they can be, seeing as they are running around constantly. I cant say very much about the drinks other than the Taro Slushy (My one and only (favorite) drink I buy from them). I would recommend this (and other Kung Fu Teas ) to anyone I talk to.

Pretty new location I believe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Seating was nice and clean. The location is easy to miss as it sits really tucked away in a corner.

Friendly customer service. Good hang out spot to hang out with my friends and they have games too. It’s a big menu and we can customize our drinks. My go to is honey green tea half sweet less ice

Went for first time at 12:45pm and the door was locked so I called and asked person standing inside why they were closed and he said they opened at 12pm due to cold weather. I informed of time and then he changed it to 1pm. I see no reason for them to have opened on time today since there is no snow. Sounds like this place is going to be out of business soon.

The location is a little out of the way and tucked in the corner but its clean and has a friendly staff. Ive gone a total of three times but havent really been sold on any of their drinks so far. The coco cream wow milk cap tastes like some sort of thick cream milk with coco powder on top (very thick and kinda chalky), the taro slush is too sweet (they dont come less sweetened cause its a syrup), and matcha milk cap is forgettable. I had it a while back and I dont remember if I liked it or not...I might drop by again if my friends want to visit but I dont think Id willingly go by myself.

Super friendly service, rarely a wait

Service is not consistent. Staff were rude. Didn’t notify customers of completed orders.

They have good beverages but they are not consistent in taste. My workmates and I always order Matcha sesame bubble tea on weekends and have noticed that the taste is at times flat. Each time we order we always request extras. It worked but with time the taste has been getting flat and flatter. Today we ordered in the afternoon and it was perfect but when we went again there in the evening, it was just too watery and we had to ask them to remake it. Nothing improved!!!

I love there coco wow it’s the only drink I get. The only thing is they open at 11:30 which is pretty late for people that have to go to work mon-fri I think it would be very convenient to open earlier so people can stop by before work and just grab and go. Kinda like Starbucks I guess but for people who drink bubble tea.

This location sucks!! I never write reviews, but had two bad experiences here, so figured I would help someone else. I love Kung Fu tea, but I would highly recommend the Pike & Rose location or the Clarksburg outlets. Everything here taste terrible and watered down. Today in particular the bubbles were also really HARD. Dont even waste your time going to this location!!

This place used to be really good but the quality and taste of their boba has really gone down.

We have gone twice in the last week and both times out of bubbles. The first time was 11:30 am after opening and the second time was at 3:30 pm. We even called in advance and was told they had bubbles. We will find somewhere else to go.

The drink I got was good for the most part, except that they seemed to put too much ice in it, which made it harder to drink (I got a slush.) My biggest issue is that I waited extra time because the drink they made for me was given to someone else, which they only realized when that person came back in saying they got a drink they didnt order.

This was my first time here. I wanted to try bubble tea for the first time with my friends. It opens at 11:30 am and we were there after the time opening. We wait a whole 15 mins and an employee comes out looking like he just woke up from a nap. He came out saying everything wasn’t ready and to come in later so we went to McDonald’s.

Bubble tea is bubble tea. Nothing special about the place tea wise, but if you drink your tea here they have loads of games and entertainment to help kids pass the time. Nice touch. The rewards system is a bit weak, though. Forcing you to pay through their app to earn rewards is a bit extreme.
