So happy I came here!! I was met with some of the best customer service and information provided by Kiel. He was extremely helpful and very informative about what needed to be done for my car. He made some really great recommendations. My car is in much better shape now and I love my new tires!! And the service was way faster than I expected!

Battery died on me from just being old today. I called and they told me to come on in right then. William helped and said it would be 90 minutes at the most but I walked out 40 minutes later. I really appreciate their timely service and would definitely come back.

Terrible customer service. Waited 2hours after my appointment just for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything because my lug nuts were “swollen”. I got home took off the wheel with ease. Pure laziness! This place deserves zero stars

Today I came in for a set of new tires, lugnuts and an alignment and everything went perfect! I am so happy with the result and the staff who helped me. Sophy was one of the best people here, so helpful, kind, generous with our interaction. She was really patient with the customers and helpful I appreciate everything she did for me. I’m definitely coming back here for my next I need anything with my vehicle.

I purchased a set of tires from this location a couple years ago, including the lifetime free flat repair. I brought a flat tire in today and they refused to repair it, claiming it had excessive dry rot and a repair would be unsafe. They also said the manufacturers warranty wouldnt apply towards a replacement, as dry rot is considered normal wear and tear. So I took the tire to my long time mechanic, whose shop is a top rated installer for Tire Rack. He found absolutely nothing wrong with the tire, performed the repair and is willing to stand behind the work. NTB just refused to do the work I had already paid for.

I moved to NC from MD. I have always had good experience here, but today I was disappointed. First, they changed my appointment from yesterday evening to day for my SUV for all 4 tires and oil change. I drop it off and get a call they had no synthetic oil. This was fine as was right after I dropped it off, but then 3 hours of waiting they tell me tires ordered are incorrect and don’t have ones I want in stock for an SUV. It would have been nice to let me know upfront instead of having me wait 3 hours and then they messed with the tire pressure and now my tpms system light is turning on. I’m hoping this week when I return to get correct tires on to have better experience and that they fix my tpms system they messed up with doing something to the tire pressure. To say the least, I was upset not because tires were not in stock but because with them having seen the car and seeing what was ordered for tires, being a tire place and all, they could have let me know sooner instead of having me wait around all day and then the icing on top giving it back to me having messed up my tire pressure monitoring system.

Traveling through Maryland got a flat. Found NTB tire shop to fix the tire where pep boys said they were too busy to help me. Ask for Shemar who was professional and understanding of my emergency.

I stopped without an appointment because my tire light was on. I told Joshua that I had an hour and a half long drive and that I needed my tires checked. I was there to get my tire fixed and Sophy was able to assist me to get the right tires at a very reasonable price. Overall, the service was excellent.

Left my car overnight after making a 7:40 am appointment. Had to call them at noon to see why I hadnt heard back about my car. The manager said my key was stuck in the drop box (though they found it rather quick when I called them). So they hadnt worked on my car, despite having an appointment and my car being there. The employees need a refresher training on how to check the drop box for keys.If you are going to go here, make sure to call them first thing in the morning to confirm that they have your keys, or they might skip working on your car. They will not follow up with you, and youll be stuck waiting for hours for your car.

Fast service and my tires were in stock. Got it all done on the same day after two other tire stores told me that had to special order my tires.

My wife purchased a “brand new tire” from this location on July 6, 2021. Fast Forward to July 23 the tire blows out completely. Luckily it did not lead to a serious accident for my wife or small children. When I reached out to the service manager at this shop he informed me that my wife did not purchase the road hazard warranty and their is nothing he can do. See below this was clearly a bad tire and it’s extremely dangerous that they are rolling this out of their shop. For your safety and the safety of your love ones do not buy from this place.

One of the worst Ntbs ever. Had an appointment and got a call the day of the appointment saying they wouldn’t be able to service my car and was told to reschedule. I rescheduled for a few days later and show up for my appointment for them to tell me they can’t service my car yet again because they ran out of oil. Keep in mind this is a prescheduled appointment. They need better management super unorganized and will not be back !

Had an awesome experience in getting my oil changed! Was able to make an appointment... and get in and out. Staff was extremely communicative and helpful. The waiting area was spacious for social distancing, with plenty of outlets for phone charging.

The worst place to replace my tires. I went to get my tires mounted and balance. My car didn’t have any pressure light on, they just need to be replace . I got out there with a damage sensor, pressure light on, they told me that sometimes it take time, to drive it for a day or so if the light doesn’t turn off come back . Well it never turn off, I went back and they told me to speak with the manager, she had already her bad face, give me a speech (run around) they are washing their hands and not owning to their mistake. Never take you car to this place . THE WORST PLACE I HAVE BEEN, I’M TELLING YOU, BETTER GO TO WALMART, THAT IS HOW BAD THEY ARE .....UPDATE.A little late i was busy. But I went to replace my sensor and they actually broke the entire bottom off the sensor. It was NOT there, this is horrible place to take your car.

Excellent service I was waiting for a tire to be shipped to the store initially I was told it may take a longer than expected delivery. I was a little frustrated but I agreed and paid the deposit. I was called a few days later and advised they were able to get the tire in ahead of schedule. Staff was extremely friendly I got the tire installed in no time. I have 5 vehicles and I will come back if and when the need arises. Another very happy customer 👍🏽

Took my car in to get a nail hole plugged. (I bought my tires from NTB - the tires are under warranty - should be a free service). After waiting 1 hour, NTB says that they cannot plug the hole and I will need to buy a new tire. (Their initial quote for a new tire and related services was over $300). I said no thank you and took it to Jiffy Lube across the street. Jiffy Lube repaired the tire no problem in 15 minutes.

These people have inconvenienced me not once but TWUCE within the span of 3 days. I shouldve ditched them after the first attempt but after the 2nd attempt of bringing my truck in for a front end alignment these people have been nothing but excuses. Theyhave used the same excuse twice about their “one mechanic who’s the only one that can do the job” is always stepping out for something in turns theyre not doing what they say they will. Told me my truck would be done within the day (8 hour day) because it was dropped off in the morning and still somehow couldnt get to it. If i could give 0 stars i would, customer service was also terrible i heard nothing but excuses no solutions and everyone i talked to seem to not care a single bit about anything. Extremely poor all-around

The staff was knowledgeable and timely when changing my rotors, oil, and other fluids. I especially enjoyed the service that I got from Lucy Provost, who made sure to give me explanations concerning pricing, the rebate offer, and also what needed to be fixed with my HR-V.

Wouldnt do an oil change because of valve cover leak and wanted $350 to replace it.. Took the car to the dealer because I couldnt see any type of leak anywhere, everything under the hood was dry and dusty. The dealership confirmed that there was no leak and preformed the oil change. Not sure what this was all about, but it was a big inconvenience for a misdiagnosis.

I was provided exceptional service by a employee named Angelo Prandy! He was patient and helpful...and Im almost positive he was smiling behind his face mask the whole time! I will definitely be a returning customer due to the service he provided!

Brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and break check. Said they could not do tire rotation due to my break issues and gave me estimated cost of about $1.2 k worth of fixing on break fluid and other break stuff. Got a second mechanic to take a look at it and they said I only had 60k miles on my car and there is no way I need all that. Everything looked fine and I was told that they were totally trying to scam me. Never going here again and beware to get a second opinion when they suggest you to fix anything.

I worked with Lucy today to get my car’s brakes and rotors fixed and she is wonderful to work with. Extremely friendly and courteous. I will be back to see Lucy whenever needed. 5 star service!

Don’t waste your time here. Horrible service. Slow and expensive. Quality of work is under question too. You will spend a whole day here just to change a brake pads which is usually takes 2-3 hours.

The least organized auto shop I have ever experienced. Complete incompetence. Had 2 appointments and they completely messed both of them up. No sense making an appointment when they don’t take you for hours after or in one case took my truck at my time only to have it sit back in the work bay for hours. Total waste of time!
