I went to the Germantown AT&T store this morning at 10:00 which opened promptly at 10. I was greeted by sales associate Thanda Win. She spent a lengthy amount of time with me in the purchase of an iPhone 13. The problem was on my credit card side and she was able to patiently navigate through all the red tape. I was very pleased with her knowledge and expertise. Wonderful experiences!!
This place is awful. If you absolutely have to go to an at&t store, find somewhere else.
Justin at AT&T took care of me and got me a new phone in 30 minutes. I came in slightly frustrated, later on in the evening towards closing time, after wasting several hours in Best Buy. The team there couldnt seem to get their bearings in order enough to do a credit check and phone sale, while Justin singlehandedly got me squared away with a new line and a new phone in half an hour.
No greetings when we entered the store, and no eye contact or so while we were waiting in a line for a long time.They didnt solve our request and told us to contact the customer service though we had called them to make sure before visiting them and were told to come. Back to zero. It was just wasting our time. They used our account for the next persons purchase. We found the receipt from the store after we returned home. Called them to find out why as there was no email or call from them to explain. The woman whom we met said she didnt close our account and used it for the next customer.She said casually that this happens and we were not charged. She didnt apologize. I asked her Is that it? and she said Yes, thats it. That was the end of our call. I dont think this is customer service.We were upset and just told ourselves not to use the store again.
As a young adult I was a little nervous to be going in alone due to restrictions caused by COVID, however the staff here made it incredibly easy going. I was helped by a man named Desmond, who was very amazing! I placed an order for pick up for an upgrade on my phone, the order was ready after 3 hours. Upon entering I was helped immediately. As stated, I was a little nervous at first, however they didn’t try to upsell me or push me into buying anything and for that I am SO great full!!! They made the experience very easy going, polite, and quick.
Terrible experience with the staff. I got new phone upgrade and also wanted to use my old phone. During the process my additional sim card got deactivated. I went to this store and Justin came to help. He asked me for 5 bucks for new sim card without even asking and checking what the problem is. I told him because the new sim is activated the other line was deactivated. He did not want to believe me and kept asking for $5.00 for new sim card. Later he said if i bring back the old sim card he can check and may be replace the sim. So, i went home and got the sim came back to the store and gave it to him which i kept telling him does not work. Finally, he pulled out my information, and this time he could not figure what was wrong and continued staring at his ipad. I asked him if he can get somebody else to help him and he said he knows the system well and there is no manager. I gave him 5 bucks for not helping him and asked him to get more training and went to a different store. Terrible terrible experience…
Benny is always on point with customers service, very relaxed treat you like family we always about our family and kids. He is great!
My goodness my husband, Sin & I had a amazing experience at At & t with Branson the Mgr. Very professional, helpful and kind! I recommend At& t to anyone I encounter! I’ve had almost every cellar provider except T-Mobile & AT&T is a really good cooperation! Thanks Brandon....:)

Kathia was awesome she switched everything over with ease and got us great deals on the iPhone pro maxes, Apple Watch 5 series, and the iPad Pro 11th generation! The sales person was rude! I was doing a apregade with my phone. He left by my own at the table during the process. He walked to the back and disappeared. I had to go to the back to ask him to finish my upgrade. 3 hours later. He finished.

The Gentleman who approached me was courteous and very professional and very helpful. He helped me by carrying a couple of boxes to my car seeing I was having some problems carrying them myself.
I have always receives quick and professional service. Please educate yourself prior to e tearing as they will often steer you towards whatever will get them a potential bonus.
How unfriendly these people are I walked in and said hi Im here for a cell phone charger cable and they looked at me for a second before saying anyting in a very unfriendly way and then finally helped me.
Worst ATT experience ever. Shocked by the coldness and hostile altitude the staff showed to me.Waited for a long time. Only two staffs in the front. When the additional staff came to the front, she apparently behaved with a negative altitude to me. Seems like it’s my fault to come to the store and interrupted her leisure time. Very cold face and impatient altitude already started after I said “Hi”......Extremely uncomfortable experience and feeling, would not recommend.
Terrible. Was treated badly and was “told to not come back” for nothing. The bald guy, I don’t know the name is a terrible worker. Please fire this guy, and you’ll get my money.

Twice, in less than a week, I have been in this store. I still have yet to get any help at this store. The fist time, I walked in and was told 10 minute wait. While waiting, I heard a gentleman who was being helped say that he had a friend coming and asked the employee if he could help his friend instead of waiting since now there was a 5 person wait and the employee agreed. After waiting 30 minutes, and watching the manager meander around the store looking like a lost puppy and the employees move at about a snails pace, I left. I drove down to the AT&T store in falls grove. I was in and out with everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. Ivan and Donnel were friendly and very helpful!! I forgot to have Ivan and Donnel change my address because I recently moved. I was right next to the Germantown location, so I stopped in to get this done. I was told to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I sat down and waited. I watched the employees again move at a snails pace. The manager and another employee were near the front door taking to a gentleman, who walked in after me, about basketball. I was able to reach out to Ivan at the falls grove store and he was able walk me through how to change my address online. So I left once again, without any help from anyone at this store. I have been to this store before and the wait is always long and the employees seem miserable and unwilling to help you. From now on, Ill drive the extra distance to falls grove first instead of even attempting to deal with the Germantown store.
I stopped in today because my phone had a problem connecting to data. The young gentlemen theyre fixed it for me quickly and for free.

Great service, I got the answers I was looking for. Took a bit of time but thats just because [Competing carrier] (I don’t want there to be legal issues) had done a bunch of things that made it difficult to easily get through the visit. Got a new Samsung fold. Absolutely loving it and the 5G service. Relatively quick and easy. 100% would recommend to a friend.
