Didnt have what I wanted in stock but arriving later that day. Promised to ship next day. Shipped days late. Provided one item incorrect. No communication. Disappointed.

DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES HERE!!!! I left a prepaid package for USPS at this location and the guy told me Usps would pick it up at 6 pm that day. Two days later I checked the tracking and it was still in “pre shipment”. I called to see if it was picked up, the guy who answered initially said (with an immediate attitude) that it was dropped off at the post office. Once I relayed what I was told by the guy who was there when I left the package...he said, “oh yeah, they picked it up!” (Still attitude). Told me to wait a few days because it takes a while for packages to enter the system which is NONSENSE. I ship frequently and the SECOND it is scanned, it’s in the system. I left my box in this sleezy shop against my better judgment now I have to replace the items in the package. STAY AWAY!

Lady is nice, personable and knowledgable. The shop specializes in sports memorabilia and other collectibles so this reduces space for cigar inventory, but youll find exactly what you want despite that. Like the place!

Ok selection as long as youre not looking for anything crazy. Traditional smoking products. The woman working there was very helpful and attentive though :)
