It was a lovely day and I decided to take mom in for the day. It was our first visit at this location and the ladies were so nice to us. They have a great sale going on at the moment and I love how this locations reflects online merchandise. If you do not see it in store, they will gladly order things for you. Thats 100 percent VIP customer service.

I love MK, all my purses and my moms purses are from MK. Now this store is usually good. However my mother and I went on a Saturday morning after breakfast and no one wanted to help us like they usually do. We were followed around the store as if we would steal something, mind you I had just spent $700 a day before. When we got enough we just decided to leave and as we were leaving we heard a very racist remark said about us. Completely unprofessional.

This Store Have The Worst Customer Store. I Purchased A Purse That Was On Sale.The Manager That Rung Me Up Was Nice But Did Not Inform Me That The Item Couldnt Be Return If On SALE.....I Tried To Return The Item Within A Couple Of Days,And The Store Manager Would Not Assist Or Even Exchange The Item.....I Asked For The Number For The Regional Or District Manager For This Area .She Gave Me A Phone Number That Dont Handle Store Complaints.The Agent For The Phone # Stated That She Would Email The Complaint, Its A Month Later With NO RESPONSE....I WILL NEVER SHOP With a Michael Kors Store Again....They Deserve No Star!!!!!!!But 1 Had To Be Selected.

Omg!! I went there and I walked the entire store and no one said anything to me. I asked a white female to come assist me and she yelled across the room what is it as if it was a fence in between us. It was only when I got ready to leave an African American woman asked was I ok and that is when I gave it to her. I was very professional and told her that the customer service here was horrible. It was three ladies in the store while all worked their, myself and my mom. I told her that she should be more engaged in the customers walking in than talking to the managers and the other saleswoman. Smh!!!! I will never go there agin. I spoke really highly of the Michael Kor store at the Tanger Outlet in Southaven. Great store and amazing customer service. Germantown employees all need training!!!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service...I walked in with my friends to actually purchase a gift for a family member. We were the only people in the store and both sales associates looked directly at us but didnt ask if we needed help. After looking around the store we finally asked them to help us...when we said what we were looking for she told us to check TJ Maxx...she couldnt even check the website for us? Will NEVER step foot in there again
