I love Whole Foods! Period! Lol! This is the second Whole Foods in Memphis area, technically in the Germantown. This is the newest one and gorgeous. They have a coffee bar inside, which was closed at the time I was visiting. The staff are all very nice and helpful. They have an in house bakery section, selling fresh breads, cakes, pastries and all such baked goodies. Apart from that, usual fresh produces, fish and meat etc all are fine. Altogether an elevated grocery experience.

Love this location, its always spotless when I visit. I had fun exploring new items in the store.

Whole Foods is usually my place for a good Italian Classic Sandwich. Today was so different. The young man preparing the sandwich did an awful job preparing the sandwich. He asked employees how to fix the sandwich and not one of them stopped to literally help him. We have been coming to Whole Foods forever and never have I received this kind of service. Our bread on the sandwich was hard and crunchy because the young man overheated the bread. He overheated the meat on the sandwich. He did not know the ingredients to put on the sandwich. My husband was walking him through on how they usually make the sandwich. It was awful! I opted to make him fix it over but my husband felt sorry for the young man and took the sandwiches anyway. I wanted someone to make them over because he had broken the sandwiches in pieces. For several years, we have ordered this same exact sandwich and today it was AWFUL! Not one employee stepped in to help him make the sandwich correctly when he constantly kept asking them for help. Talk about customer service and keeping the customer happy but today they just did not give two hoots in the wind about customers or customer service for that matter! Smh!

I went to Whole Food Market on Sunday, July 18, 2021. And everyone was so helpful to me. Especially, Mary Ray. She directed me in every item I was looking for in the store. Expensive but I was able to find things I needed, store was well stocked and clean. Was able to check out fast and everyone was really helpful. Prices were expensive and some not worth it but def be getting some things from the store because the quality of the products was worth it.

Seafood and meat counters are recommended. They no longer stock my favorite (Boddingtons) beer - disappointing.

I always shopped at Fresh Thyme Market in my hometown. And this place I can totally see as my replacement. Not as many GF options, but Ill take what I can get. If they offer more Gluten Free options in the future, I can see myself switching my review to 5 stars.

I love everything about high end grocery shopping. Adding my prime account has been sweet. I love the additional savings on pine labeled items. Fresh cuts of meat poultry, fish, produce. Friendly staff. Handicap parking and access for wheelchair. Seating area if you want to dine in after you shop. Hot and cold bar of food.

Nice and unusual food selection. Mostly organic stuff. If you believe in organics safety and benefit its a good place. Well staffed, very helpful workers. A bit too expensive to shop there daily.

So many healthy foods and products. You could easily spend 4 to 5 hundred dollars trying out the variety of items they have to offer.

The employees are nice and helpful, the food bar is fresh and delicious, the store is very clean.

Great gluten-free and organic selections. Ample parking in front of the store and an additional large parking lot off to the side. Food bar inside (hot & cold). Seating both inside and outside on ground level, and additional tables, chairs, and counter upstairs. Dedicated special event or meeting room can be reserved in advance.

I was sad to learn you guys are no longer using the brick oven to heat up pizza slices. Instead, your employee directed me to the microwaves if I want a warm slice. Nice.

Clean and friendly service. Just remember to go a few hours before they close everything down and wrap stuff up. Its still the whole paycheck. Good for getting hard to get items and specific fresh seasonings.

Stopped in just to return something to Amazon. The girl at the Amazon kiosk acted like shed rather be anywhere else but there. I decided to look for my favorite Mizithra Cheese while there, only to be told that thay do not carry it. Upon exiting the building, someone taking a cart out kept cutting me off and I discovered it was a WF employee.

While in the store we needed assistance and information in the produce section. Employee “Colan” was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and was very pleasant and professional. My wife and I are both retired bosses and know quality service and Colan was top notch . He turned a routine trip to the store into a enjoyable, informative experience. Thank you Colan.

Organic produce, grass fed farm animal & foul- beef, pork, chicken ..sustainable fish etc. Great cashiers & clerks & stockers who are kind & helpful.. prices are what you would expect.. ..Its sad farm animals are treated as if theyre scrap metal in a storage facility .One reason I shop at whole Foods is due to my compassion fatigue for factory farmed animals is astronomical. The other grocery stores support horrific treatment of factory farmed animals .. Which is NOT Farming .. its a storage facility for animals & chickens, etc., who should have their hooves, claws, noses, beaks, snouts on the green earth, soil & bathe in sunshine, as it was meant to be .. I was raised on a livestock farm. Thats why I know so well the horrific existence livestock, chickens suffer in factory farms; better known as The living dead.

Great deli and sushi options. I love Whole foods 🤩. Miss the wheat grass happy hour though ☺️

Whole Foods always has the best produce. It is more expensive than Local Kroger’s but it has a great selection of organic and healthy foods. I love the bakery section here as well as the cheese selection.

Always clean...no waiting in line...a lot of fresh foods and baked goods to choose from.

I was unimpressed. I needed grapefruit or of season. They wanted nearly $2 each for grapefruit that didnt look so fresh.

Love this store!! Always have high quality staple items and great selection of hard to source products. Wonderful staff and gorgeous cuts of meat. I miss their Spicy noodle bowls from the cafe but hope it will return after covid.

Big store!! Great experience shopping here. Everything is easy to find - from meats and cheeses, to soap and diapers, to fruits and veggies. High class time in high class GTown. East Memphis is good, but this one is better. JT was sweet, as was the nice gentleman at the customer service counter who got me a double paper bag when the first one ripped.

I love this place. They have such a huge variety to choose from. Every thing looks fresh and the store is always clean and neatly stocked.

Great job keep up the good work, young lady was at the cashier register she have got one customer plus when she was done she was looking to see if anyone else needed help but it was long lines that mean help your employees out if they need it. Team work make the dream out but we all know young people are very lazy. I will only deal with older people period. Have a bless day!

Went there specifically to get Arden’s Garden (Atlanta-based Company) cold press juices and smoothies- found them with no problem! Also remembered that Whole Foods make their own wonderful cold pressed juices. Rise n Shine is my favorite.The store is very clean and everyone there is super nice. Don’t forget to use your Whole Foods App and Amazon Prime for great deals and to keep track of your lists!

This is the preferred Whole Foods in Memphis if you are going to eat at the hot bar. Compared to the midtown Whole Foods this branch in Germantown has much more variety and by far more vegetarian options. Love love.

I was visiting Memphis a few days and stopped by Whole Foods Germantown. I know each Whole Foods carry different items. However their bakery area was almost barren. I could not find my favorite vegan sweet treats, Aylssas Oatmeal Bites or Abes muffins. The store just lacked most items I normally buy at various Whole Foods in different cities. Most of the employees were very nice. Amber went above and beyond to help me.

Love this store but something changed over at the hot food bar. The roasted whole chickens used to be perfect but now they look ragged and like theyve been slapped around ? Must be new people in the kitchen. But overall the store is clean and service is acceptable.

Weve been utilizing Whole Foods home delivery via Amazon Prime since they started offering it in our area and I LOVE IT! I think it is absolutely fabulous that I can order fresh seafood, grass-fed steak, flowers, and my favorite essential oils and have them delivered in 2 hours or less. (Last time I ordered, it was 1 hour!) My items come in paper bags (YAY!) and they are always nicely placed on my porch. Any substitutions are okayed by me beforehand.

I have been getting my lunch at this location for the past year or so 4-5 days a week. Love the hot bar with its variety of healthy food choices, but really wish they would bring back the quinoa which has been absent for the last few weeks. The majority of the staff are absolutely awesome with the exception of a few folks.

Keep going toward Memphis on Poplar and youll come to a better Whole Foods Market. This one is ok, but everything from employees to spaciousness to food falls a little short of the standard set by the one inside the I-240 loop.

Love this store, its been a while, out this way stopped in 4 beets, granola. This granola is so good, fresh, good selections.

Quick trip thru to get lunch items and snacks. I love the variety. Not the regular choices I find at regular grocery store and who doesnt like to mix things up!

This is a very nice clean store in a good location. Im giving it three stars because they always seem to be out of stock on the things Im trying to buy. I drive an hour to shop here and it would be nice to know Im going to get what I need in one trip. Order Nut milk bags, organic cream, and more Amish whole milk please!!!

Great variety of items not found in other stores. Great for staying on organic way of living yet experiencing mega choices. Eat In or take out delicious meals from the restaurant. Prices were lowered when Amazon bought Whole Foods & you get additional discount on purchases if you are an Amazon Prime member. Live healthy & stay well, shopping organic at Whole Foods.

Did not like the cake I got today from the bakery! I always loved the cakes from Whole Foods, they usually tasted different than boxed cakes and more like home made-from-scratch type of cakes but not this one that I just bought!. It really tastes more like a boxed cake with cheap ingredients not worth the price I paid for it except the shape from outside, it is nice looking cake.Also I did not think that my cake will be all chocolate cake with creme filling!. I asked the associate whether it is marble she said it is not it is layered white and black so I assumed considering my question that it is white as in white cake not white as in white butter cream filling!! not very descriptive from her side and admittedly quite an assumption from my side.
