I am so so happy with this business. They have WONDERFUL customer service, really great prices, and they really strive to give their customers the best products and services. I had a rather tricky project that I wanted printed, and they took the time(it was literally a week long project) to work with me and make sure it came out exactly how I wanted, even though that meant many drafts and reprints. The detail work they put into their service is really far and beyond the standard of any other print shop Ive been to. I will definitely be a lifetime customer.

I want to support local businesses. I really do. But I cannot recommend the Germantown Copy Center. They used to be fine. But the last three experiences I have had with them have been just awful. After the second bad experience (last year in 2018), I promised myself I would never go back. However, I am doing an appeal for a client, and I need about 3 thick of papers (regular pages, 8 1/2x11) copied double-sided and bound for a record extract. They just told me they cant do it. They cant photocopy pages double sided and bind them for a record extract. Nothing more difficult than that.As a lawyer, I need a copier center that is reliable. Unfortunately, Germantown Copy Center is the furthest thing from reliable. I will never go there again.

Found Germantown Copy a few years ago after our old print shop closed. Wish we found them sooner. They are so easy to work with and always so accommodating. We use them for everything from brochures, to pens and posters and even our embroidered polo shirts.

I cant believe that it has taken nearly 600 years since Gutenberg invented the printing press for the next major innovation to taken place: Germantown Copy Center. All of my future printing needs will be done by these professionals. I needed a rush job for memorial prayer cards for my grandfather and the staff was quick, proficient, professional and turned out a fantastic product. What a wonderful memorial for my grandfather. Harold at Germantown Copy Center is a great guy. This is a second generation small printing business that does fantastic work at reasonable prices. I have recommended them to a number of artists and other friends over the years and everyone has been very pleased with the quality and price of their work.

The few times I used Germantown Copy Center, I was pleased with their printing. BUT, Im very turned off by the young lady that works at the front desk/receptionist. She is very rude and not very personable. Whenever I have questions about printing and pricing, she seems irritated by sighing and by giving a quick answer with a condecending tone of voice. She seems like she doesnt want to help me or as if Im irritating her by asking questions. Harold, please talk to her about her customer service. Her lack of customer service has turned me off from continuing business with Germantown Copy Center.
