Came way out here from the east side of Milwaukee only for the store to not be open at 10am as it should!! Horrible! On one if their busiest days! Should of went to state fair grounds!!! It’s almost 10:30 now!

Owner did not show up at 10 to open the doors, everyone waited outside till about 10:30. At least the employees showed up on time lol.

Well-stocked, organized, clean and well-lit. The layout was logical and signage useful - both of which are a great help when you’re trying to put together costume possibilities. Several friendly staff members asked if we needed help. A gentleman whom I believe was the owner was helpful as well. I love when it feels like people like their jobs and everyone enjoys and respects each other. Jobs like that are great for everyone, so good job to everyone there.It felt great going into this store tonight. Due to COVID most places that are open aren’t at 100%, likely due to no fault of their own. Yes, everyone in the store was masked. Even so, this Halloween Express had the good-feels type of Halloween vibe that I always hope to find this time of year. My son felt the same. For a brief moment, everything stopped being so weird and awkward and shut down. We just had a great time looking at masks, costumes with their ridiculous, hilarious photos on them, and all the crazy accessories and decorations. Happy Halloween everyone.

Went in to try and return something and the guy was an A-hole. Said all sales are final theres not one sign in that store stating it!

Had a wide variety of costumes and accessories. Also decorations..however most of the sample decor did not work..even in their haunted corner. Prices were a little high for the quality of some of the costumes..but they did have buy 1 get one 50% off on costumes (not accessories or decor) so that was nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. I would go here again to look around and get ideas but dont know if I would make any future purchases without checking other places for better pricing/quality

Best place in Wisconsin to get any kind of costume for any occasion! Friendly staff members. Affordable and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

The Han Solo costume I bought for my just was to be an XL. The pants were really big, but the shirt was a large. Someone took the XL shirt & put a large in the package that was clearly marked XL

The owner is a great guy,I go there to get my halloween theme going.You call he will go out of his way to help you...I wouldnt go anywhere else

Went there and got a costume for my daughter. Sales are final so no option to return. Went to Target right after and found a better version of same costume for cheaper.

We came in yesterday after our sons doctor appointment to find a Captain America costume for him. We got there and were looking at all the costumes and noticed a sales associate staring at us. At first we shrugged it off but then when we went to the next aisle she followed us and continued just to stare. Didnt ask us if we were finding everything ok or needed help just stared at us like we were criminals. We found a shirt that my son liked and put it over his shirt that he was already wearing to see if it fit. We were told that if we were gonna do that to go to the dressing room. Needless to say we will never be back again we felt super uncomfortable and not wanted. Hire sales associates not body guards please.

Terribly place. Slim choices in costumes and over priced. Find better ones at Wal-Mart for kids. Also policy on no exchanges or returns policy should be told to you when checking out. On the receipt doesnt help obviously because u already purchased it. And ok great u have a sign on your counter but when ur shopping with 3 young children and u go to check out obviously u wont see the sign because thats where u set everything. It should be said to u verbally. I had no idea that was their policy when I bought them. So now costunes my kids cant wear im stuck with. Waste of money. On top of everything they cant even open on time. So dont try to make it when they open try another 30 minutes. Obviously a trip to kwik trip for snacks was more important than ur job. Will never be coming back to this store.

Very busy, low on costumes. But good costumes.

The prices of these costumes are absolutely ridiculous... they buy in bulk from China for pennies on the dollar and sell it for a 500% markup. quality is cheap as hell and very overpriced, theres a reason why they can stay open for 3 months out of the 12 and still keep that place because of their overpriced poor quality costumes. oh yeah and no return.
