Pick up strictly till 2 PM!!!!Shipping receiving guy by the computer very very professional guy!!! 10 minutes late with this business is nothing…If we built America definitely not with that person…What we can do even the management has problem with them….M.

They are somewhat quick to load, but once the robots go down, youre sitting for a long time. Cant replace a good human.

Do yourself a favor. Call your dispatch and get another load. This place? Not worth it.But if you really don’t have anything better to do, at least don’t park on the street because you’ll get a ticket. Yes, the line is that long.**UPDATE** due to miscommunication, they’ve lost my paperwork so I had to wait 2 extra hours-grand total of 6 and a half hrs.

Got here one hour before my appointment time and left 45 minutes later.Fast and efficient loading.

This is a good company to get loaded, in and out in 2 hrs, parking over night, yes, if not, there are st s around, one more thing 3 companies same name check well that where you going to.

Pretty good staff. Usually in and out fairly quickly. As long as nobody is blocking you then backing up is pretty straightforward but it is real tight in between semis. Was loaded in a timely manner but you have to watch the light so no taking naps

Good place all around. Make sure you open your doors while your in line. And slide tandems all the way back. Pretty quick loading.

Easy to dock. Not a great staging area.I was recovering a run so I was late for the appointment time and overall they worked me in fairly quickly.But...... The load was super heavy on the back end. Loaded all the way to the doors and with the tandems pushed back 33.5k on the rear and 29.5 on the drives...

In and out that easy was load here, highly recommended.

Picked up here a couple times. Not a lot of room especially if everybody tries to show up early and if you have less than 5-6 hours left when you arrive. I suggest making parking arrangements while being loaded lol

Shipping not organized. Rude lady at the shipping with poor communication skills. Appt 13:00, got dock at 16:00. The woman in the shipping acted if I wasnt there.

Been here for a pickup quite a few times and never had any issues. They run on appointments but may take you a few hours early. Once you are assigned a door, it is not more than 1 hour before they are done loading you. There is not much parking space for taking a break or staying overnight here but quite a nice Kwik Trip truck stop nearby I - 41 exit 57.5 stars because predictable quick loading / unloading matters more in this business than any amenities. I have never been disappointed here....
