Gotta Love Fleet Farm! can never have enough time to walk through and check things out. The summer toys were a great bargain!

I came for cat supplies and they have a huge selection. The staff is always friendly. This is an area staple. Mills is way better than Blains they take the extra step to make sure you are satisfied.

Usually this retailer is just fine and I normally can find what I need. My most recent visit was different. I questioned pricing on a item and instead of verifying the shelf,the associate looked on their phone which also was incorrect from the price on the shelf. I left the item in the store and ordered it from Amazon from my car for the price displayed on the shelf.

Went looking for a particular brace for some shelving brackets, and this was the only place that had them.It was hard to find a matching brace that the builders used, when they built the house, but Fleet Farm came through.They also offer a veteran discount. It is only a couple bucks but appreciated, especially nowadays.Friendly cashiers, and personnel.

Germantown store has much more stock than the Oconomowoc store which was great to see.

Big place full of selections. They carry big sizes & wide width boots for men & women which is awesome. Its a bit pricey but worth it.

I took my wind shield wiper to the auto shop right next door the wipers were new but the gentleman who put them on broke the rear arm for the rear wiper. I know that they were responsible for the the broken arm but they didnt take the responsibility. Bad bad business

Went to purchase tires. Since there were only 2 in the style I wanted, she refused to sell me the 2 tires so I could try and find 2 more like it. She also would not assist me in checking other Fleet Farms. I had to call the Beaver Dam location for assistance and they were great.

Good store been coming here since I was a toddler. Needs an update, but I like the nostalgia every time I go.

Can never find what I am looking for here. Never have the item I need that day. Seems the only things you can find are work wear, guns and bags of stale nuts and candy.

Didnt like how the store was arranged also didnt have some what would seem like standard items in stock. Ill probably go back to Tractor Supply. The layout is more agreeable and seems more well stocked.

Fleet & Farm is like a large family friendly warehouse. It has your basic every day needs but focused on interior and exterior repair, outdoor equipment and clothing, toys, decorations, and everyday hardware around the house. A great place to work or buy things you may not find at your regular store. Also as the holidays approach its time to stock up on supplies and gifts.

Just a little slow getting help in the dept i was in but good service .

The store was in pretty good shape and clean. However, we did notice that there were lots of out of stock items, including the bike tires were were looking for. the folks at the entrance were friendly and happy to see us.

Got our Gazebo. Great service inside, garden, at the yard when we entered with our ticket as we walked in. We wanted to see where we needed to pick up to get an idea if the boxes would fit. Bought what we needed, came back with our vehicle, was met with the same outstanding service. In these times, we must appreciate those who work hard & take care of their customers. I wish I remembered everyones name. Thank you! You are appreciated & outstanding!

The new store is very nice compared to the old one but whoever is in charge of ordering inventory is not doing so good. The old store seemed to have more things in stock even though it was 1/3 the size. Its not like the items arent available either, after not finding something here I can go to Germantown or Plymouth and normally find what I need. If they can get this straightened out it will be a great store.

I used to love this store so much but currently I think it is suffering supply shortages like others. I still like Fleet Farm but if they dont have it no longer means I dont need it.

This is a GREAT store for a wonderful selection of items. However, their service leaves a lot to be desired. 👎Asked for help in auto department and got none (two young men were more interested in talking about their plans for the weekend). When I did get help, the guy seemed like it was a BIG chore for him. He couldnt find what I needed, NEVER attempted to look in back for it or see if another store had it. I ended up going to a different business and bought the item for a few $ more. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere for better service~even if it means paying a little more. 😅

I used to get all of my Genova pvc fittings here. I came today to get some more parts and I noticed half the display bins where empty, the rest where mostly filled with nibco fittings. So they took almost all the Genova fittings away and they are now restocking it with nibco. Nibco fittings are okay but when I need to glue them to pipe they slide off on there own even if I hold them for a few minutes. Now I am going back to true value to get Genova fittings. I have had no issues with the Genova fittings.

I really like this fleet farm but it feels like it is a hoopty-joop kmart painted orange and black. Fleet farm really is a cool place. Lots of fishing and outdoor sporting goods. Plenty of farm equipment and feed. One of my chicks turned out to be a rooster, but I would imagine this happens at just about any place.

I went to buy a certain item in sporting Goods. The sale guy Joseph was very tentative to assist me. I really appreciate his help. I had no ideal what i was going to choose. He helped my decision greatly.

They have anything you could possibly need. I like to get birdseed and suet. Cleaning supplies, candy, magazines, and clothes

Went on our Traditional Black Friday for the Plush give away and the deer this year was absolutely adorable. They had great prices on all of the items on our list. Very clean and organized store. Our cashier Tony was great! Very personable and friendly! Social distancing for checkout lines was excellent!

My wife was just in to get a complete brake job, Matt the technician came out to ask if the rear brakes had been done recently. She said last fall but we had a problem over the weekend with the rear brakes. Ends up the front brakes being so bad affected the rear performance. After completing the front brake job Bob G suggested I come back in a week to have them make sure all were working properly. Honesty and integrity by MATT and BOB G will make me choose to come back for service work. Great customer service is hard to come by now a days, BUT we found it at the Germantown auto service center this afternoon!thank you

Excellent products just all in one a very very good experience at Fleet Farm.

We bought a $2,000 trailer and went to hook it up to our car and the electrical hook up was pulled out of it. Understandable, accidents happen. The employee says we will have it fixed tomorrow and will call you. Next day, no call. My husband calls the following day and no one has any idea what he is taking about and says, they will investigate and call back. No one calls back so we go and the trailer is in the exact spot we left it, still broken. So we return it and no one even cared. The manager kind of asked why, when we started talking he made up an excuse about needing to order a part. Jokes on him, it wasn’t even our trailer, it was a different brand and they had never even looked at the trailer as it had not moved from the spot in the parking lot. Before we were even done with our conversation he said, I am wanted in the gun department and left us with the associate. Sad that no one cared about a $2,000 sale.

You would have thought the place that sold me my gun would have been more helpful with me when looking for gun accessories! Nope, was a lot of prejudice on this last visit. Id go as far as to say the 2 representatives of Fleet Farm that day should be fired!

Went to buy new scrubs for work. This location has a large selection. Unfortunately there were no petite length pants so I left empty handed. I did get to try on several styles and decided on the best pairs for me. But some one else got my money because I went home and ordered them online in petite length.

The store hours on the website are accurate; however, I went there after an associate told me 24 hours in advance that there was 3 of an item in stock, yet when I arrived the very next morning, they were already purchased.

I needed assistance cutting tubing, the store doesnt want you to cut your own. Rang the bell several times. Took FOREVER to get help. Super lame. Otherwise, store is great. They have everything.

Had a rough experience Saturday purchasing a shotgun I had called ahead for. Spoke with the Manager, Melissa, about the interaction and she was very understanding and extremely helpful. I had to come back Sunday and pick it up due to the background check being delayed(no fault of theirs), and to my surprise the Manager went above and beyond with a gift that more than made up for the trouble. Ive never had a bad experience with Fleet in the past, and ill continue to give them my business. Thanks again Melissa.

Since Fleet Farm went corporate prices went up and customer service went down! This is corporate America get used too it cause this country is headed in the wrong direction!!!!! Im not a fan of corporate greed......

Always a great experience! Nice and friendly people and a convenient location. I have also had very positive experiences at their automotive section. They will take you in for a flat tire and such on a very short notice.

Much more If they dont have it there are many stores close by that do. Good By for Now.

Great staff that work there. Filled up gas the tank afterwards in their parking lot and the bonus was a free small bag of popcorn.

They have all kinds of stuff here, and you can find most anything you need. The employees are super helpful. The only issue I have is that it is hard to get a cart through some areas because there is so much stuff (especially in the clothing area.)

Needed a fishing license and a few other things. Bought wax worms for bait and was a bit disappointed in the size of the grubs, seemed small, but otherwise I was glad to get all I needed in one place.

I got this beauty at Fleet Farm- got a great price and a cash rebate which I happily put to use on buying some ammo to learn how to shoot the classic 1911. They have a good selection of guns- but on another note, they also have the best selection of pants, work boots, jeans, and general equipment you need for day to day life...it’s a fantastic resource for people who need to get things done. The staff could be a little more attentive in some areas but they try their best and make for a pleasant shopping experience.

Right next to entrance is a sign saying Masks Required. Every single register has Masks Required below the lane number. This ?policy? is not enforced in any way. Not really sure what the point of all the signs are if leadership of the store is not going to enforce the mask mandate or the ?store policy? of wearing a mask.Also this store no longer carries the dog food that I buy or the water softener salt I have been buying there for years. At this point the only reason to visit this store is I would like to get COVID-19. Im a big fan of tasting, smelling, and breathing so I see no reason to ever go back to this store.
