They sold me a battery charger for $100.00 that was no bigger than a cell phone. It started my car that was dead all winter. Let me use a device to determine why my engine light went on and was able to solve the problem. Will ALWAYS be back.

I usually get whatever I need for my car from Advance Auto. Their prices tend to be better than other places, and theres usually some kind of deal or promo code to cut the price down further.I especially like that theres always bundles for oil and oil filters.

Employees are helpful and 9 times out of 10 your part is in stock. If it isnt, they can order it and get it in a day or so.

I was trying to find an obscure taillight bulb for our RV (a 1077) with little luck. Tyler found a perfect compatible bulb in 2 minutes, but said it would take 2 days to deliver. It came in one day and worked perfectly. Several other examples of great service too. Thank you!!

Always a great selection but the store seems a little run down and the staff can be hard to find at times. I often see the garbage cans overflowing, which you would think the employees would be taking care of. Other than those two items, the store always has what I need and the hours are convenient.

Stopped in the store to ask for a rear blinker light bulb. Store employee was standing out front talking to what appeared to be a vendor. He agonized over walking behind the counter to check for which was the appropriate bulb for my car. When I asked him if they had a screwdriver I could borrow, or if he knew how the light assembly might be accessible to replace the bulb he said he tries to not work on cars. Other stores have code scanners, tools you can borrow and often offer to help without you having to ask. Other stores also have employees who enjoy working on cars, have experience working on cars and often have a positive attitude. I recommend anywhere else.

Everything was good except I got the feeling from the guy who waited on me that I was bothering him.

It would be nice if they had more than 2 “check out” lanes open in the mornings. The line to “check out” gets ridiculously long. Speaking of ridiculousness, they should also have scales for Bulk Hardware at each register. It is pretty stupid to have the cashier leave the register, to then go and “Find” a manager just to the Bulk Hardware on a scale for the cashier and if you’re lucky the cashier won’t forget how much the stuffed weighed before getting back to the register.

The previous review below is incorrect with the facts. First of all does it matter what car this man drives? Second does his age matter? Third, you the customer who ordered the part online, installed the part, used the part but decieded you wanted a different part a time later. There was nothing wrong with the part, it was tested and retested and tested good. You cannot return parts you use and dont want. Only defective parts. Would you buy a used part that someone obviously ran but still charge you full price? I bet your answer is NO. You also called Corporate Headquarters about this and so did many of the stores. They cannot see the part or know of the full situation. Funny thing you opened your mouth and said you were going to make it defective. That is what you did because we have the proof that you took the part apart and tampered with it. Being deceptive is not what a good customer is. Any good Manager would protect the company against someone like you who likes to falsify returns. It is not uncommon to give another stores calls they all work together for the greater good of the company. The other employees are just doing their job and I am glad that you enjoy their service.

Both advance Auto Part stores are Awesome! All the employees always go above and beyond! A different auto sold me parts I didnt need and I went to advanced after and the woman told what to check for and do and what parts were mid grade instead of selling the absolute most expensive that I dont have money for.

Placed an order online to be picked up at store. No one ever picked my order after 12 hours. They sold the last 3 of one of my items and still charged me for it. Never going back to this store. Going to shop elsewhere.
